渭南市今日启动重污染天气Ⅲ级应急响应通告（详细点入）

根据省上通报，近期，关中地区不利气象条件持续稳定，地面受均压场控制天气静稳，近地面湿度大，大气污染物容易快速累积并发生二次转化，推高区域PM2.5污染，我市可能出现中度到重度污染。为保护公众健康，降低大气污染强度,根据《渭南市重污染天气应急预案》（渭政发〔2017〕43号），市重污染天气应急指挥部决定发布我市重污染天气黄色预警，从3月12日9时起启动Ⅲ级应急响应，由各县市区政府（管委会）和市级相关部门，组织落实以下措施：

（1）儿童、老年人和呼吸道、心脑血管疾病及其他慢性疾病患者尽量留在室内，避免户外活动。

（2）幼儿园、小学、中学及同等学历学校停止户外体育课、课间操、运动会等活动。

（3）市信息宣传组、市环境保护局、市卫生计生局、市教育局等部门和各县市区分别按行业和属地管理要求，加强对重污染天气应急、健康防护等方面科普知识的宣传。

（1）公众尽量乘坐公共交通工具出行，减少机动车上路行驶；驻车时及时熄火，减少车辆原地怠速运行时间。

（2）加强道路清扫保洁，减少交通扬尘污染。

（4）减少涂料、油漆、溶剂等含挥发性有机物的原材料及产品的生产和使用。

（1）在常规作业基础上，对主干道和易产生扬尘路段每日至少增加1次清扫保洁作业。

（2）停止施工工地喷涂粉刷、护坡喷浆、建筑拆除、土石方、切割等施工作业。

（3）加大对施工工地、裸露地面、物料堆放等场所扬尘控制力度，扬尘物料堆场100%全覆盖。

（4）对纳入重污染天气预警响应期间停产限产名单的企业，实施相应等级的污染物减排措施。

黄色预警，还没要求限号
肿么污染的
污染又严重了
晚上拉土车在站北路跑滴呼呼呼，跟地震一样。谁管了？第二天路边的车上多厚一层土。难道扬尘跟这没关系？都是些不作为的部门，应该把相关领导撤职调查。
吃瓜群众就不要考虑怎么污染的了，限号你就做，政府咋说你咋办就行了
