16px;">，我们之前也发现好多中学生骑电动车包括共享单车，特别危险，所以开学第一课，我们明确要求学校要普及，包括家长也有义务在交通安全出行方面教育好子女。另外辖区中队长要安排中队民警进社区的所有中小学进行一堂交通安全课，主要是把最新制定的一些，比如去年的电动车戴头盔，包括停车的区域，包括家长志愿者等一些具体的管理要求，职责要明确，要在交通安全第一课上给学生，包括家长、老师进行宣传。</span></p><p 16px;">针对今年学校开设延时服务，暑假已在准备，已经给城区六个中队长召开过一次收假高峰岗护学岗动员部署会，已经明确了各个岗点的时间、地点，包括实时管制的要求和标准。今年教育部要求对所有的中小学开展延时服务，中小学基本统一到下午6:20。</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">另外，目前城区的施工围挡比较多，解放路、华山大街，包括六泉路的部分路段等，近期赶上雨季，好多家长骑电动车换成了开车，几个因素综合到一起，开学首日的交通压力是非常大的。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">但我相信只要大家配合，严格按照交管部门，包括学校，志愿者的指挥管理，不会造成太大的拥堵。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">昨天我们跟临渭区教育局负责安全的同志，对辖区学校进行了实地调研，今年新增了几所学校，如万科交大附小，渭南第一小学，还有几所幼儿园，我们都是到现场看过的，在硬件标牌，还有执勤警力上岗时间，包括学校会采取一些临时管制的措施等都做了明确的要求。</span></p><section 255);">要严格审查校车的资格手续、运营管理、道路条件等是否规范安全，对超员超速、不按审核路线行驶、驾驶员准驾资格不符、逾期未检、非法营运等现象，要加大违法违规查处力度。</span></strong><span style="font-size:
