15px;">2021年1月，党睦市场监督管理所办理某超市涉嫌侵犯商标专用权案件期间，奥红选接受该超市法人请托，与所长任军烽商议后，违规将原定的拟处罚金额由3万元变更为1.6万元，并在未经局案审会决定、行政执法程序未终结的情况下，提前收取案件当事人拟处罚金额1.6万元。此外，任军烽、奥红选还有其他违规违纪问题。2021年5月，任军烽受到党内警告处分，奥红选受到党内严重警告处分。</span></section><section 15px;">以上9起典型案件，有的履职不力、责任心不强；有的审核把关不严、监督监管失职失责；有的宗旨意识淡薄，擅自挪用群众缴纳的物业费；有的违反规定通过校外补课以教牟利；有的作风漂浮、工作疏忽造成严重后果；有的在执法中随意裁量、执法程序不规范；有的违规非法集资。这些群众身边的腐败和不正之风，严重损害群众切身利益，侵蚀党群干群关系，损害了党和政府形象，人民群众对此深恶痛绝。全市广大党员干部要深刻汲取教训，切实举一反三、引以为戒。</span></section><section
