max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">严格疫情防控措施</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">各校外培训机构要切实提高政治站位，增强防控和安全意识，严格落实疫情防控各项要求，特别是要做好最近14天外地返合教职员工、学生的健康观察、核酸检测等情况的监督，确保师生身体健康。要落实门卫测温扫码登记程序，如实填写出入人员登记册，无关人员一律禁止入内。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">强化安全管理责任</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">各培训机构恢复培训前要开展一次安全隐患大排查，要健全消防安全管理组织机构，完善相关制度，不得存在消防安全隐患，疏散通道、安全出口数量充足且保持畅通，消防设施器材设置规范、维护管理到位；电气线路敷设规范，安装电气过载断电保护装置，不得违规用火、用电，不得违规使用大功率电器，配足配齐物防及技防设施。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(95, 156, 239);">严格规范培训行为</span></strong></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">1.严格遵守培训时间。</strong>严格执行未成年人保护法有关规定，校外培训机构不得占用国家法定节假日、休息日及寒暑假期组织学科类培训；线下培训结束时间不得晚于20：30，线上培训结束时间不得晚于21：00；必须与培训对象或其监护人签订《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本)》。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">2.规范公示和收费行为。</strong>各培训机构要在醒目位置悬挂办学许可证、营业执照（或民非登记证）、收费项目、收费标准、举报电话、课程设置及培训教师资质（姓名、照片、任教班次、教师资格证号）、开设班次与名称等相关信息，不得泄露家长及学生个人信息，主动接受群众和新闻媒体等监督，不得一次性收取超过3个月或累计60课时的费用，并使用规范票据，坚决杜绝乱收费。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">3.规范日常培训内容。</strong>开展道德与法治、语文、历史、地理、数学、外语（英语、日语、俄语）、物理、化学、生物等学科类培训的内容、班次、招生对象、进度、上课时间等必须向县教育局备案并向社会公布，严格按备案的内容开展培训；学科类培训内容不得超出相应的国家课程标准；不得开展面向学龄前儿童的线上培训，严禁以学前班、幼小衔接班、思维训练班等名义面向学龄前儿童开展线下学科类（含外语）培训。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">4.严禁发布培训广告。</strong>各培训机构不得在主流媒体、新媒体、公共场所、居民区各类广告牌和网络平台等刊登、播发校外培训广告，不得在中小学校、幼儿园内开展商业广告活动，不得利用中小学和幼儿园教材、教辅材料、练习册、文具、教具、校服、校车等发布或变相发布广告。在上述范围已发布的广告，9月10日前必须自行取消，清理到位。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">5.强化教职员工管理。</strong>从事学科知识培训的教师必须具备相应的教师资格，聘请在境内的外籍人员要符合国家有关规定，严禁聘请在境外的外籍人员开展培训活动，不得违反国家有关规定聘用外籍人员。必须按国家有关规定与所聘教职工签订聘用合同、劳动合同或劳务协议。</p></section></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style="margin-top: 14px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">2.采取措施，狠抓工作落实。</strong>各校外培训机构要采取有效措施，把做好培训活动准备、常态化防控和规范培训管理作为当前最重要的工作来抓，落实疫情防控宣传告知、健康排查、物资储备、应急演练、环境消杀及安全隐患排查整改等。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">3.严格督查，确保规范培训。</strong>各校外培训机构要坚持培训活动公益属性原则，切实做好培训服务，维护群众合法权益。县教育局将会同相关部门开展联合执法检查，对违反“双减”禁令等违规违法的培训行为从重处置，对问题严重、拒不整改的，一律列入黑名单，直至吊销办学许可证。</p><p style="outline: 0px; 一面不让家长们校外补课，一面中高考分数线年年居高不下水涨船高，另外民间流传还有隐性移民考生！这无疑是打着双减的旗号人为的制造大批产业工人！
学的不好还不让补课，中考高考分数线水涨船高，考不上咋办？只有上职校成为各行各业的产业工人！试问每一个做家长的摸着胸口说句良心话，有谁真心不愿意自己的孩子上高中考大学？谁愿意自己的孩子早早初中毕业就去上职校？
个人观点，不喜勿喷。别喷我思想落后，为了孩子我在所不惜！尝过底层社会最真实的生活苦，没有一个家长愿孩子再走自己的老路。

明白人。 禁止社会性质补课。真不知道有多少家长拍手叫好。也不知道这些家长心里怎么想的。中考就两个人挑一个。就是竞争，你娃不比别人娃努力，怎么上高中。家长自己又没有能力给娃补，学校靠老师？扯不扯。全班前十几名，那些娃天生的学习料，补不补都能上高中。全班最后的那些娃一般补也没用。就是中间这层娃，必须竞争，不让社会办学。有点认识的家长，就必须请一对一的家教。或者地下私人性质的补习班。那个费用大家想想。无形中老百姓又得花多少钱、？ 老百姓总是搬起石头，砸自己的脚，当年老师每年都让娃卖一些课外习题书。虽然有很大一部分老师，和外面商人勾结，老百姓吵着闹着，后来好了。不允许在让学生卖课外书。天天把作业布置好。家长要么自己给娃抄。要么娃自己抄。更多的是去外面打印。一天几块。一学期几百块。还要费工夫。也不知道让娃买习题书好。还是打印好。 羊毛在羊身上，每一次改革，付出代价的总是羊。 建议停止任何校外培训机构，那些都是以盈利为目的
