2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（一）报名条件</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>申请参加本次高职扩招专项报名者，须同时符合以下条件：</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1．遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2．身体状况符合相关要求；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>3．普通高中、中职（含中专、技工学校、职业高中）毕业或具有同等学力；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>4．具有临渭区、高新区、经开区（以下简称“城三区”）户籍或在陕务工满6个月（提供务工合同）。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>下列人员不得参加本次高职扩招专项报名：</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1．具有普通高等学历教育资格的高校的在校生；或已被普通高等学校录取并保留入学资格的学生；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2．高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>3．在高级中等教育阶段非应届毕业年份以弄虚作假手段报名并违规参加普通高校招生考试（包括全国统考、省级统考和高校单独组织的招生考试，以下简称“普通高校招生考试”）的应届毕业生；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>4．因违反国家教育考试规定，被给予暂停参加高校招生考试处理且在停考期内的人员；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>5．因触犯刑法已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者；</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>6．已在其他考试中被高职院校录取的考生。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><br></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（二）资格审查</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>具有城三区户籍人员，应于网上报名前登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站（网址：https://www.sneea.cn）或陕西招生考试信息网（网址：https://www.sneac.com）自行下载《陕西省高职扩招专项报名申请表》（以下简称《申请表》），或持本人二代身份证和户口本在临渭区教育考试中心二楼高考组领取。外省户籍人员前往务工或拟报考学校所在县（区）招生办领取《申请表》。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>报名者高级中等教育阶段学历或同等学力、在陕务工情况、企业在岗职工身份由城三区各教育局负责审核。需审核的户籍信息由教育部门会同公安部门审核。退役军人前往城三区各退役军人事务部门认定退役军人身份；下岗失业人员、农民工前往城三区各人力资源和社会保障部门认定下岗失业人员、农民工身份；高素质农民、基层农技人员前往城三区各农业农村部门认定高素质农民、基层农技人员身份。临渭区教育考试中心负责为通过资格审查的考生办理报名手续，并依据相关部门身份认定结果标记考生身份。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>已在陕参加2021年高考报名但未被高校录取的考生无需报名，在临渭区教育考试中心二楼高考组登记后，可直接在网上向高校提交入学申请。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><br></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（三）网上报名</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>拟参加高职扩招报名者，须于9月29日8∶00至10月9日16∶00，登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站或陕西招生考试信息网完成网上报名手续。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>按照省物价局、省财政厅核定的标准，网上报名时须缴纳报名费110元。通过网上银行或微信支付缴费成功后方可办理后续环节。不按规定的时间、程序和要求报名所造成的一切责任，由考生自负。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><br></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（四）报名流程</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>网上自行打印《申请表》或到区教育考试中心二楼高考组领取《申请表》 到相关部门进行学籍、务工、身份认定 考生本人持二代身份证、户口本和经相关部门审核盖章的《申请表》到临渭区教育考试中心五楼会议室进行资格审查、刷身份证信息、采集照片、打印网上报名条 考生自行网上报名缴费 考生到临渭区教育考试中心四楼信息室确认报名信息、交《申请表》、扫码进临渭区教育考试中心扩招报名群。以上工作须在2021年10月9日16:00前完成，逾期责任自负。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></section><section style='font-size: 15px;'>所有在临渭区高职扩招报名的考生均须参加临渭区教育考试中心统一组织的体检，未参加体检而影响录取，责任自负。体检时间、地点请关注临渭区教育考试中心扩招报名群通知（10月15日前）。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>三、考试与录取</span></strong></span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（一）提交入学申请</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>10月11日8∶30至10月13日24∶00，考生根据各高职院校扩招专项招生计划和招生章程，依据本人意愿，登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站或陕西招生考试信息网，向有关高职院校提出入学申请，考生可申请高职院校的数量不限。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（二）测试考核</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>10月14日至10月17日，高职院校对报考者进行测试考核。各高职院校具体时间及办法见院校招生章程。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（三）预录取</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>高职扩招专项考试招生强调双向选择、择优录取。各招生学校须于10月21日17∶00前，将本校预录取考生信息报送省招办，并将预录取考生名单（必须包括考生姓名、预录取专业、毕业学校等基本信息）在本校网站上公示。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（四）报到注册</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>高职院校安排新生到校报到注册的截止时间不得晚于10月26日17∶00。被多所招生学校预录取的考生，只能自主选定1所高职院校报到注册。新生报到注册必须持本人第二代居民身份证到校现场确认。未在10月26日17∶00前到任何预录取高职院校报到注册的考生，其预录取资格自动取消。</span></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: normal;'><br></p><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'><strong>五）正式录取备案</strong></span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>10月28日至29日，各高职院校到省招办为已报到注册新生办理正式录取备案手续，逾期不予受理。省招办将在官方网站上公示各校正式录取新生名单。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>考生到校报到注册后，经省招办核准办理正式录取备案手续并公示，是认定考生录取资格的唯一依据。高职扩招录取的新生，其招生性质、毕业文凭等，与参加高考统考录取的新生完全相同。</span></section></section></section></section><section style='text-align: center;line-height: normal;'><span
