1px;'><p>8月17日，榆林靖边县公安局交警大队城区二中队在辖区长城路开展夜查酒驾统一行动。当晚23时许，在长城路一辆陕K牌轻便两轮摩托车被拦停，民警看着驾驶员有些眼熟。当驾驶员对着检测棒吹气时，检测棒立即“爆红”。男子否认自己喝了酒，下车后再次吹气仍亮起红色警示。民警立即将该男子带至中队作进一步酒精检测，结果显示127mg/100ml，已达醉酒驾驶标准。</p></section></section><section 1px;'><p><br></p><p>据方某某交待，他在8月13日因饮酒驾驶摩托车被查后，17日早上刚接受完处罚，罚款还没来得及交，摩托车被中队返还后，他的朋友非要给他接风，挨不过朋友相劝就喝了起 来。酒过三巡后，方某某就把“开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车”的铮铮誓言抛到九宵云外了。</p><p><br></p><p> “你这是知错不改啊。”民警依法对方某某血醇进行鉴定，其结果为107.46 mg/100ml，属醉酒后驾驶机动车，涉嫌危险驾驶罪。一次酒驾不牢记，方某某为再次酒驾付出代价，不仅要被刑事拘留，而且五年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。</p></section></section><section style='text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;'
