text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">2. 在区外其他县市就读且具有临渭户籍的九年级学生。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">3. 非渭南市户籍的随迁子女按照陕西省教育厅、发改委、公安厅和人社厅联合制定的《进城务工人员随迁子女义务教育后在陕参加升学考试方案》(陕教考〔2012〕8号)要求执行。即进城务工人员随迁子女在我区参加中考还需同时具备以下条件：父亲或者母亲持渭南市居住证1年以上（含1年），按照国家规定在陕缴纳职工基本养老保险1年以上（含1年），学生本人具有我区初中学籍1年以上（含1年）。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">4. 下列人员不得报名：</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">（1）职业技术学院、中专、技校、高中、职中在校生。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">（2）未接受完九年义务教育的初中在校生。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">（3）因触犯刑律被追诉或正在服刑人员。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">二、八年级学生参加初中学业水平考试报名条件：</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">1.具有临渭区户籍或学籍的八年级学生。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">2.未参加陕西省八年级初中学业水平考试的毕业生可在当年参加补考。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76); text-indent: 33px; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">3.八年级生物、地理科目补报考生必须是当年九年级初中学业水平考试报名考生。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(76, 76, 76);
