现在动不动一犯案就是以未成年身份作为挡箭牌！朱元璋有熔炉烧毁免死铁卷的勇气，我们的立法专家们也应拿出同样的勇气！不受惩罚的未成年违法犯罪嫌疑人会成为可怕的魔鬼！
