255);">自本通告发布之日起至2021年11月30日前要全部回国，并在回国前3日主动联系户籍所在地公安机关报备。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">滞留缅北渭南经开籍人员主动回国并提前报备的，或其家属及时联系劝促滞留缅北渭南经开籍人员尽快回国入境投案自首，如实供述自己违法犯罪行为的，可以依法从轻或者减轻处罚；情节显著轻微、危害不大的，不以犯罪论处；拒不入境回国的，公安机关将依法严惩。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;color: rgb(51,
