注意：对于大学生退学回来参加高考的，要求必须提供所在大学的退学证明及本人纸质档案，并按要求注销大学的电子学籍。</p><p>      3、同等学力人员高考报名及三校生（中专、技校、职高毕业生）回韩报考职业教育单独招生考试的，均在韩城职专进行资审报名。同等学力人员报名所需材料:（1）户口本及复印件（2）二代居民身份证及复印件（3）2022年陕西省高考报名非在校生学籍证明及思想政治品德考核表（4）同等学力高考申请。三校生报名所需材料：1.户口本及复印件；2.二代居民身份证及复印件；3.《2022年陕西省普通高校职业教育单独招生考生资格审查表》；4.学籍档案</p><p>   三、报名程序</p><p>      1、考生进校门提交资审材料时，需查看行程码、健康码，全程规范佩戴口罩，遵守疫情防控要求，保持安全社交距离。</p><p>   2、持相关证件的原件及复印件到资审处进行资格审查；扫码加入自己相应的微信群，以便适时关注微信群内相关通知。</p><p>      3、按学校规定的时间到现场照相；</p><p>      4、领取报名条；</p><p> style="font-size: 17px;">      （一）申请在陕报名参加高考者，须同时符合下列条件：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       1．遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       2．身体状况符合相关要求；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       3．截至2022年，高级中等教育阶段在陕连续学籍满3年，即从第一学年开始，在我省高级中等教育阶段学校注册学籍并连续就读3年，按规定完成学业并可获得陕西省高级中等教育阶段学校颁发的毕业证书。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       4．截至2022年8月31日，本人户籍应在陕且满3年。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （二）户籍在陕但不满足以上学籍或户籍要求者：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       1.高级中等教育学校毕业同等学力人员在陕申请报考者，本人及其父亲或母亲或法定监护人户籍必须在陕西，且本人初次户籍登记在陕西。报名前本人写出同等学力书面说明，户籍所在县（区、市）教育行政部门审核并出具同意意见后，由户籍所在县（区、市）招生考试机构受理其报名申请。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       2.随外出务工的父亲或母亲或法定监护人在外省就读，不符合就读省份高考报名条件，且本人初次户籍登记在陕西、本人及其父亲或母亲或法定监护人户籍在陕西的报考者，持相关人员户籍、就读省份高级中等教育阶段学籍等材料，可申请在户籍所在县（区、市）报名参加高考。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       3．本人随其父亲或母亲因军转安置、工作调动（指国家机关、事业单位、国有企业人事管理部门办理的调动）正常迁转户籍至我省，并将高级中等教育阶段学籍转入我省，可不受户籍、学籍年限限制。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       4．截至2022年8月31日，学籍在陕满3年但户籍在陕不满3年者，如在户籍迁入我省前，其父亲或母亲或法定监护人持有陕西省居住证，且持证期间在陕缴纳职工基本养老保险的，若持有陕西省居住证时间与取得陕西户籍时间连续，且两项时间相加满3年，可申请在户籍所在县（区、市）报名参加高考。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （三）外省来陕进城务工人员及其他非陕西户籍在陕就业人员随迁子女（以下简称“随迁子女”）在陕参加高考，考生须符合“报名条件（一）”中1、2、3条，并且截至2022年8月31日，考生的父亲或母亲或法定监护人持陕西省居住证且按照国家规定在陕缴纳职工养老保险均须3年以上（含 3年）。不符合我省高考报名条件的外省户籍报考者，必须及时返回户籍所在省（市、区）参加高考报名。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （四）下列人员不得在我省报名：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       1.具有高等学历教育资格的高校的在校生；或已被高等学校录取并保留入学资格的学生；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       2．高级中等教育学校非应届毕业的在校生；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       3．在高级中等教育阶段非应届毕业年份以弄虚作假手段报名并违规参加普通高校招生考试（包括全国统考、省级统考和高校单独组织的招生考试，以下简称高校招生考试）的应届毕业生；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       4．因违反国家教育考试规定，被给予暂停参加高校招生考试处理且在停考期内的人员；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       5．因触犯刑法已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       二、报名时间和办法</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （一）2022年高考网上报名时间为2021年11月15日至21日。所有拟参加2022年普通高校招生录取者（包括各种免试入学者、拟参加各种特殊或单独招生考试者等），必须在规定时间内登录</span><a href="https://www.sneea.cn"><b><font size="3" color="#0000ff">陕西省教育考试院</font></b></a><span style="font-size: 17px;">门户网站，<font color="#d92142">或</font></span><a href="https://www.sneac.com"><b><font color="#0000ff" size="3">陕西招生考试信息网</font></b></a><span style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);">，完成网上报名程序，逾期未报名者责任自负。</span><span style="font-size: 17px;"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （二）户籍、学籍均在城三区(临渭区、高新区、经开区)，符合报名条件的考生在学籍所在中学报名；户籍在城三区，学籍在外地，符合报名条件的考生在三贤中学报名；符合报名条件的随迁子女在学籍所在中学报名。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （三）报名前考生须到指定报名点进行资格审查、采集二代居民身份证和头像信息，领取报名条。因不出具第二代居民身份证或未现场采集头像而影响办理报名手续的，责任由报考者自负。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （四）资审合格并采集信息后，报考者持本人高考报名条登录陕西省教育考试院门户网站或陕西招生考试信息网，进入网上报名系统，查验本人姓名、性别、身份证号等信息，认真阅读《考生须知》《2022年普通高校招生考试考生诚信承诺书》《国家教育考试违规处理办法》和《中华人民共和国刑法》有关条款，同意履行诚信承诺后输入报名信息。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （五）报考科类分为文史、艺术（文）、理工、艺术（理）、体育5个类别。报考者只能选报其中一类，报名后不得更改。文史、艺术（文）类全国统考科目为语文、数学（文）、文科综合和外语；理工、艺术（理）、体育类全国统考科目为语文、数学（理）、理科综合和外语。外语科目包括听力考试和笔试。填报志愿时，在提前批次，艺术类、体育类考生只能填报艺术类、体育类志愿，不得兼报其他科类志愿；在其他批次，艺术（文）类考生可以填报文史类志愿，艺术（理）类、体育类考生可以填报理工类志愿。文史类、理工类考生不得兼报其他科类志愿。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （六）按照省物价局、省财政厅核定的标准，报考者须缴纳报名考试费110元。报考费通过网上银行或微信支付缴纳，缴费成功后方可办理确认报名信息等后续手续。网上缴费时间：2021年11月15日至21日。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （七）2021年11月25日前，考生确认报名信息。报名信息必须真实准确，考生本人须对填写的个人信息负责。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （八）参加我省高考报名并申请提供合理便利的残疾考生，必须在报名期间，持本人第二代及以上《中华人民共和国残疾人证》和二代居民身份证，向报名所在县（区、市）招生考试机构提出正式书面申请，逾期不再受理。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       三、报名时须出具的材料</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">    （一）户籍在城三区的考生须出具的材料</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       1.考生本人二代居民身份证原件。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       2.户口簿原件和复印件。将户口簿首页和考生本人一页复印在同一张A4纸同一面。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       3.回户籍在城三区高考报名的高级中等教育学校应届毕业生交《2022年陕西省回户籍所在县（区、市）高考报名考生学籍证明及思想政治品德考核表》原件和复印件。此表由学籍所在学校提供。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       4.往届高级中等教育学校毕业生交毕业证和《2022年陕西省高考报名非在校生学籍证明及思想政治品德考核表》原件及复印件（毕业证复印件粘贴在考核表复印件后）。此表在陕西招生考试信息网下载（《关于做好2022年陕西省普通高等学校招生考试报名工作的通知》附件3）。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       5.同等学历者交本人书面说明和《2022年陕西省高考报名非在校生学籍证明及思想政治品德考核表》（学籍证明为区教育局出具的书面审核意见）原件及复印件（本人书面说明复印件粘贴在考核表复印件后）。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       6.随父亲或母亲军转安置、工作调动，户籍登记时间在2019年8月31日后的考生，须交其父亲或母亲军转安置、工作调动有关证明材料。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       7.截至2022年8月31日，学籍在陕满3年但户籍在陕不满3年的考生，须交其父亲或母亲或法定监护人，在其户籍迁入我省前持有的陕西省居住证和在陕缴纳职工基本养老保险的凭证。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （二）随迁子女须出具的材料</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       1.考生本人二代居民身份证原件。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       2.经相关单位审核盖章的《外省来陕进城务工人员及其他非陕西户籍在陕就业人员随迁子女在陕参加高考报名申请表》。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       四、其他要求</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （一）高考报名要现场采集考生头像信息，因此报名时考生本人必须到达报名现场。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （二）随迁子女须持学籍证明、居住证和缴纳职工基本养老保险凭证到区教育考试中心领取《外省来陕进城务工人员及其他非陕西户籍在陕就业人员随迁子女在陕参加高考报名申请表》，并到相关部门审核盖章。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （三）非在校生的思想政治品德考核由其工作单位（无工作单位的由乡镇、街道办事处）填写《2022年陕西省高考报名非在校生学籍证明及思想政治品德考核表》。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">       （四）户籍在城三区，学籍在外地，符合报名条件的考生持报名材料11月13日、14日到三贤中学进行资格审查、采集二代居民身份证和头像信息，领取报名条。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">
