15px;">1.我市参保人员在本地定点医疗机构就医且在2021年11月27日0时前出院的在原医保系统中办理出院结算；2021年11月27日0时至12月6日8:00前出院的，参保患者先行个人垫付，在新平台上线后参保患者持就医发票及相关材料在就诊医院医保窗口进行报销。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;vertical-align: 15px;">2.我市参保人员在异地定点医疗机构住院且在2021年11月27日0时前出院的，按异地就医即时结算办结医保报销；2021年11月27日0时至12月6日8:00出院的，由个人先行垫付费用，后续凭有效票据及个人相关资料到参保地医保经办机构手工报销。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: 15px;">1.系统停机期间，门诊就医不能进行刷卡及门诊费用报销，定点药店购药医保不能刷卡结算。如必需购药的，以及涉及血液透析等特殊治疗费用报销的，可先由参保人全额垫付，定点医药机构做好信息记录，在新平台上线后，参保人凭有效票据在相应定点医药机构进行医保结算报销。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;vertical-align:
