max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">为进一步加强合阳县城区犬类管理，规范养犬行为，维护社会公共秩序和市容环境，根据《合阳县人民政府办公室关于加强养犬管理工作的通知》等相关规定，县公安局决定自12月6日起在城区范围内开展养犬登记办证工作，现就犬证犬牌办理有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一、养犬重点管理区实行养犬免疫、登记制度，未经登记办证，任何单位和个人不得在重点管理区饲养犬只。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">重点管理区范围:县城城区东至高速出口、西至金水沟、南至342国道、北至孟家庄运煤专线区域。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、办证需提供以下材料：</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">1.个人养犬需携带本人身份证和一寸大头照，犬只检疫免疫证和两寸全身照；</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2.单位养犬需持单位介绍信、法定代表人身份证复印件，犬只检疫免疫证和两寸全身照;</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">3.残障人士饲养扶助犬另需提供残疾证明。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">三、申办人需前往城区各社区、村委员会领取《合阳县养犬申请表》《犬证办理登记表》《养犬义务保证书》三张表格，按要求填写,经所在社区居委会、村委会及派出所签字盖章后，交合阳县便民服务大厅“犬证办理”窗口（大厅C区，11号窗口）审核。审核通过，当场予以登记办证，同时领取犬牌。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">四、《养犬证》实行年度登记和审核查验制度，在有效期届满前30日内，养犬人应当凭有效犬只免疫证明和原养犬证办理犬只年审登记。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">五、2022年3月1日起，凡未办理养犬申请登记的，一律禁止携带犬只外出，一经发现，将对犬只进行收缴，并依法对养犬人予以行政处罚。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; 越养越舍不得了{:qqemoji7:}以前，还不让人窂了吃肉了。
我真的好奇，住居民楼上养狗，而且是大型犬，在家怎么安排窝？
提高养狗门槛，减少城区养狗数量！
