line-height: 2em;"><strong>四、注意事项</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">1.本次面试报名信息确认采取线上审核方式进行，不再设立确认点，请考生认真填写、校对报名信息，特别是姓名、性别、身份证号等关键信息，一旦确认缴费成功，将无法修改错误信息，由此带来的后果由考生本人承担。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">2.考生报名条件请按照《2021年下半年陕西省中小学教师资格考试面试公告》（<a href="http://www.sneac.com/" target="_blank">http://www.sneac.com/</a>）执行。报名必须本人填写、核准报名信息并完成网上报名工作，不得交由第三方代为报名，并对填报个人信息和上传照片的真实性、准确性负责。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">3.全省报考中职专业课和中职实习指导教师资格的考生统一选择西安考区。报考初中、高中、中职文化课类别“心理健康教育”“日语”“俄语”“特殊教育”学科和小学类别“心理健康教育”“信息技术”“小学全科”“特殊教育”学科的考生统一选择陕西师范大学考区2。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">4. 驻渭高校全日制在校三年级及以上学生、户籍在渭南的社会考生以及具有渭南居住证的非陕户籍社会考生，可以在渭南参加面试报名。为了确保考试安全，户籍在渭南的非驻渭高校在校生建议在就读学校所在地报名参加教师资格面试。社会考生提供的户籍或居住证信息，将通过公安户籍管理部门比对核实，一经发现提供户籍或居住证虚假信息，将取消参加教师资格面试资格。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">5.笔试科目201A、202A合格的考生，面试仅限于报考小学类别音、体、美专业科目；笔试科目301A、302A合格的考生，面试仅限于报考初中、高中、中职文化课类别音、体、美专业科目。201、202、301、302科目合格且成绩在有效期内可替代对应的201A、202A、301A、302A科目成绩，可选择报考音、体、美专业科目。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">6.网上审核通过的考生应及时缴费，2021年12月15日24:00前完成网上缴费方为最终报名成功。未在规定时间内缴费的，视为放弃报名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">7. 通过面试报名系统（中国教育考试网）报名时，不同考生尽量不要使用同一台电脑报名，可能会发生本人上传的照片被上一人覆盖的现象。确需使用同一台电脑报名的，请在前一位考生报完名之后退出账号，清理电脑缓存，删掉历史记录，关闭所有网页，后一位考生方可报名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
