background-color: rgb(28, 120, 146);'><strong><font size="3" face="微软雅黑"> 追踪“202” </font></strong></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">盗贼异常狡猾，被盗两台车附近都远离摄像头。办案民警便根据进出路线判断把视野向公路南北方向延伸，对官池南北方向沿路十多处摄像头拍摄图片逐个仔细查看，很快发现一辆挂着“陕E”牌照尾号为“202”的面包车行迹非常可疑。深夜行车，驾驶员和坐在副驾驶上的男子都用遮阳帘遮挡住面部，还不顾天气闷热都戴着大口罩和手套。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">追踪“202”！指挥员一声令下，办案民警立即行动分头查找。7月10日上午终于在县城城乡结合部一建筑工地发现了那辆面包车。</font></section><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-align: center;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><strong><span style='background-color: rgb(28, 120, 146);'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑"> 并案侦查 </font></span></strong></span></p><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">可就在办案民警围绕面包车进一步调查时，却传来消息：这辆车是昨晚在县城阳光路被盗的车辆。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">通过对该车进行检查，发现后排座位被翻起遮挡住后窗视线，窗上还挂着遮光帘，车上捡到一个直径约15厘米黑色垫圈。经车主辨认遮光帘并非自己车上的物品，请汽车修理专业人员辨认那垫圈是大货车三元催化器上的。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">盗贼一定是“老手”，作案时“就地取材”盗用别人车辆，并遮挡面部和车窗视线，目的就是为了躲避摄像头拍摄，用以迷惑办案民警。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">狐狸再狡猾，也斗不过好猎手。根据来自多方面的信息和犯罪手段综合分析研判，办案民警另辟跷径，进一步扩大侦查范围从视频监控中继续寻找目标。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">大荔到华阴省道公路30公里，沿途经过渭河、洛河两座大桥和官池集镇以及工业园区，视频监控全覆盖。办案民警不顾天气炎热，冒着高温对沿路几十个摄像头拍摄画面一个不漏认真查看，从上午11时一直看到次日黎明，鏖战一昼夜，可依然没有结果。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">“大荔地处陕西、河南、山西三省结合部地带，流窜作案多，进一步扩大侦查范围，一定要把这起案件攻克！”案件研判分析会上，县公安局主要领导发出案件督办令。大荔警方抽调精兵强将组成专案组，向这起系列盗窃汽车三元催化器大案发起强攻。</font></section><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-align: center;'><strong><span style='background-color: rgb(28, 120, 146); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑"> 案犯落网 </font></span></strong></p><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">按照县局指挥调度，专案组通过信息大数据对周边县、市以及相邻省此类案件分析研判，发现河南灵宝也发生过此类案件。于是赶赴河南了解会商，发现灵宝所发此类案件与大荔发案时间相差仅仅24小时，从发案时段、作案手段、进出路线综合研判，确定两地发案系同一，于是决定并案侦查。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">案件虽然扑所迷离，可经过进一步慎密侦查克难攻坚，终于从几万个视频监控拍摄的画面中获得突破，大量信息碰撞碰锁定目标，一辆挂着湖南牌照的红色越野车被拉入侦查视线。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">红色越野车在两地案发时段都曾经出现，驾驶员和坐在副驾驶位置的男子与“202”面包车上两人十分相似。办案民警进一步深挖细查，信息大数据暴露出两人真面目，锁定了湖南郴州的三名刑满释放人员。据悉，三名犯罪嫌疑人曾因抢劫、盗窃被判刑，刑满释放后相互勾结，专门盗窃汽车“三元催化器”提炼贵金属。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">11月25日，办案民警根据锁定目标直奔湖南，在当地警方配合下将盗窃汽车三元催化器的陈某、曹某士和黄某伟抓获。经审查破获该团伙今年夏季以来在湖南当地和河南、山东、山西、陕西盗窃作案30多起，涉案价值60多万元。</font></section><section style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;text-indent: 2em;'><font size="3" face="微软雅黑">12月2日，三人涉嫌盗窃罪被大荔县公安局刑事拘留。</font></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style='text-align: center;
