style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>12月9日一早，在听取了临渭法院党组书记、代院长张东亮关于临渭法院集中执行“三秦飓风”行动的动员讲话后，党组成员、执行局局长邓卫民带领执行局法官及法警队三十多名干警整装列队统一乘车辆出动，奔赴执行现场，强制执行一起房屋拆除纠纷。</span></section><p 15px;'>李某某承包到期后，原告沋西四组与被告缑某勇父亲缑某宏于2013年签订了一份《沋西木材市场承包合同书》，将该市场承包给缑某宏经营。合同签订后，原告沋西四组部分村民认为该承包合同不合法向临渭区人民街道办事处反映，后原告沋西四组又将缑某宏起诉至本院，本院判决确认所签的承包合同无效。后缑某宏不服，经渭南市中院二审及省高院再审，均维持了一审判决。然而缑某宏于2013年7月离家至今下落不明。缑某宏与被告郭某某所建门面房及库房至今在出租使用中。</span></p><section 15px;'>原告沋西四组要求被告郭某某与缑某宏所建的门面房屋及库房迁出未果，遂诉至本院，本院判决被告在判决生效后30日内搬离并拆除位于渭南市民生街北段“沋西木材市场”的房屋及库房。判决生效后，被告郭某某、缑某勇未履行生效判决。执行中，虽经多次协调，但被执行人拒不履行人民法院生效判决，且长期拖延，甚至外出下落不明致该案长期无法执结。2021年12月初，执行一科科长田剑桥及承办法官贾春海制定了严密的实施方案，经院领导研究决定，按执行方案实施拆除。</span></p><section
