88);'>一、凡是近28天从境外返区人员、近14天从国内报告本土新冠病毒感染者(含确诊病例、无症状感染者)的县(市、区、旗)返区人员、接到各级疫情防控机构电话告知的密切接触者及次密接者等风险人员、与已公布的阳性感染者活动轨迹有交集的人员、健康码为“红、黄码”人员，要第一时间向所在社区（村组）报备，积极配合落实相关管控措施，对瞒报、谎报造成后果的将依法追究责任。</span></section><section 0);'>近期有西安市雁塔区、曲江新区行程史的，如构成密接或次密接者主动配合落实集中隔离管控措施；雁塔区、曲江新区其他人员入区后，第一时间主动进行1次核酸检测并向所在村委会（社区）和单位报备，落实14天健康监测措施。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(123, 12, 88);'>三、商超、酒店、网吧、电影院、集贸市场、火车站、汽车站及公共交通工具等重点密闭场所要严格落实扫码、测温、戴口罩、一米线、通风消毒等防控措施，留宿场所要严格查验省外及省内疫情发生地来返区人员陕西健康码、通信大数据行程卡、48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，无法提供相关证明人员，不得办理入住。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'>四、结合当前疫情形势，为有效对抗新冠病毒，构建全人群免疫屏障。我区已启动第三剂次加强免疫接种和3-11岁人群新冠疫苗接种工作，请符合接种条件人员“应接尽接、应接早接”，携手共筑全民免疫屏障。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 88);'>五、辖区川口高速出口、黄堡高速出口等健康查验点继续查验重点地区入区人员“陕西健康码”、“大数据行程卡”、48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，对不能提供有效证明人员，就地进行核酸检测，结果阴性后方可离开；对不能提供相应核酸检测阴性证明或健康码为黄码、大数据行程卡有21天内中高风险地区旅居史的，继续实行劝返。</span></section><section style='line-height: rgb(123, 12, 0);'></span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'>零售药店继续发挥“哨点”作用，在出售“一退一止两抗”药品时，必须实行实名登记，查验用药人员48小时以内核酸检测阴性证明后，方可售卖“一退一止两抗”药品。</span></section><section style='line-height: 88);'>七、近期，广大居民朋友如无特殊情况，请勿离铜。随之，元旦、春节即将来临，人员流动加大，疫情传播风险增加，建议广大群众就地过节，减少传播风险。各镇办、单位要继续保持高度警惕，充分发挥联防联控、群防群控优势，加强返乡人员排查，分类落实健康管控措施，严防输入疫情发生，确保群众度过一个健康平安节日。</span></section><section style='line-height:
