82, 255);'>临渭区：</span></strong><span style='font-size: 15px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>杜桥街道办事处、解放街道办事处、人民街道办事处、站南街道办事处、双王街道办事处、向阳街道办事处行政区划内。</span></p><p sans-serif;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'><strong>下列地点及周边50米范围内禁止燃放烟花爆竹</strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>：国家机关、部队驻地、学校、幼儿园、医院、疗养院、博物馆、图书馆、档案馆；车站、广场、公园、停车场、商场、影剧院、体育场馆、网吧、娱乐场所等人员密集区域；城市道路、桥梁涵洞、过街天桥、地下通道以及其它地下空间；加油站、液化气站、天然气站、加气站、燃气管网及其配套设施；山林（台塬）、仓库、输变电站设施安全保护区和易燃易爆物品生产、储存、销售、使用场所；文物保护单位、历史文化街区、优秀近现代建筑保护范围和旅游风景名胜区；其他消防安全重点单位。</span></p><p sans-serif;'>二、公安机关为禁止燃放烟花爆竹的行政主管部门。教育、民政、财政、生态环境、住房城乡建设、交通运输、商务、应急、市场监管、城管执法、行政审批、纪委监委等部门依照各自职责，共同做好禁止燃放烟花爆竹工作。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, sans-serif;'>三、因重大活动确需在禁止燃放区域内举办焰火晚会以及其他大型焰火燃放活动的，主办单位应当按照分级管理的规定，向有关人民政府公安部门提出申请。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 17px;line-height: sans-serif;'>四、各社会团体、企事业单位、居民委员会、村民委员会、业主委员会和物业服务企业等单位，应配合做好禁止燃放烟花爆竹工作。广播、电视、报刊等新闻媒体，应加大对环境保护和大气污染防治的宣传教育，倡导广大市民增强安全、环保、文明意识，自觉抵制燃放烟花爆竹。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: Arial, sans-serif;'>五、在禁止燃放区域外燃放烟花爆竹，不得向行人、车辆、建筑物、构筑物、人群密集场所以及禁止燃放的地点抛掷，不得妨碍行人、车辆安全通行影响交通秩序，禁止在建筑物内的楼道、阳台、窗口、屋顶等位置燃放或向外抛摔烟花爆竹。不得采用其他危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹。未成年人的父母或监护人应教育、引导未成年人遵守相关规定。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 17px;line-height: 2em;font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='font-size: 15px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>六、未经许可销售烟花爆竹制品的，由应急管理部门依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第三十六条第一款规定，责令停止非法经营活动，处2万元以上10万元以下的罚款，并没收非法经营的物品及违法所得。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 17px;line-height: 2em;font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;'><br></p><p sans-serif;'>七、在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安机关依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十二条第二款规定，责令停止燃放，处100元以上500元以下的罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 17px;line-height: 2em;font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: Arial, sans-serif;'>八、对未经许可举办焰火晚会以及其他大型焰火燃放活动的，由公安机关依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十二条第一款规定，责令停止燃放，对责任单位处1万元以上5万元以下的罚款。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size: 17px;line-height: 2em;font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, sans-serif;'>九、携带烟花爆竹搭乘公共交通工具，由公安机关依照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十一条规定，没收非法携带的烟花爆竹，可以并处200元以上1000元以下的罚款。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);font-size:
