15px;'>为了加强烟花爆竹燃放安全管理，减少大气和噪声环境污染，持续改善区域空气质量，保障公共安全和人民群众生命财产安全，根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》等相关法律法规，结合我区实际，特颁布禁燃禁放烟花爆竹令。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>一、管控规定</span></strong></span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（一）重污染天气应急响应期间，全区范围全时段禁止燃放烟花爆竹。</span></strong></span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（二）每年农历腊月二十三至正月十六禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域：</span></strong></span><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'>罗纹河以西，石堤河以东，秦岭山脚以北，二华干沟以南。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>（三）全年禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域：</span></strong></span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>少华路以西（含少华路东侧单位、门店、居民小区、何巷村、东罗村）；西环路以东（含西环路西侧单位、门店、新民社区、教育产业园）；环山路以北（含环山路南侧沿山所有单位、住户）；大街、西关街以南（含大街、西关街北侧单位、门店、居民小区、团结村、西关村）。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>除以上规定区域外，下列地点周边50米范围内禁止燃放烟花爆竹：①国家机关、部队驻地、学校、幼儿园、医院、疗养院、博物馆、图书馆、档案馆；②车站、广场、公园、停车场、商场、影剧院、体育场馆、网吧、娱乐场所等人员密集区域；③城市道路、桥梁涵洞、过街天桥、地下通道以及其它地下空间；④加油站、液化气站、天然气站、加气站、燃气管网及其配套设施；⑤山林（台塬）、仓库、输变电站设施安全保护区和易燃易爆物品生产、储存、销售、使用场所；⑥文物保护单位、历史文化街区、优秀近现代建筑保护范围和旅游风景名胜区；⑦其他消防安全重点单位。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>二、各镇政府（街道办）对本辖区禁止燃放烟花爆竹工作负总责，多种形式开展烟花爆竹禁燃禁放宣传工作，做到家喻户晓。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>三、区级各工作部门、各直属机构扎实做好本单位干部职工禁止燃放烟花爆竹的宣传教育工作。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>四、应急管理部门和行政审批部门按照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》相关规定，严格查处违规销售烟花爆竹行为。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>五、公安部门按照《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》相关规定，严格查处违规燃放烟花爆竹行为。</span></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>六、对违规燃放烟花爆竹的国家工作人员，除公安机关按规定予以处罚外，纪监部门予以追责问责。</span></section><section 用电子炮没人限制 知道了，共同维护环境保护 为好的环境、支持。 不放鞭炮。都没有一点年味了 过年期间严禁把火种带着森林。
