15px;">为认真落实习近平总书记关于打击“沙霸”“矿霸”的重要指示精神，按照党中央关于常态化开展扫黑除恶斗争的决策部署，充分发挥公安机关职能作用，坚持以打开路、惩防并举，依法严厉打击破坏生态环境、自然资源违法犯罪活动，坚决铲除“沙霸”“矿霸”等黑恶犯罪组织及其“保护伞”，切实维护良好自然生态环境，服务保障高质量发展。渭南公安机关鼓励社会各界和广大人民群众积极举报“沙霸”“矿霸”等自然资源领域涉黑涉恶违法犯罪线索，特通告如下：</span></p><p
