渭南六旬老人敬老院过世，院方竟不知道，家属来看望才发现！民政部门介入双方协商一致

2em;'>2018年1月19日该院所做的入住老人自理能力评估表显示，评分项目包括进食、个人卫生、穿衣、如厕及排泄、移动等，朱先生评分总和为24分，19分或以上均为“生活自理能力重度依赖”，结论为“特护”。入住登记表显示朱先生健康状况为智障、腿脚无力，既往病史为癫痫病。</section><section style='line-height: 2em;'>入院时还签订有入院告知书等，知情同意书包括突发意外风险、癫痫发作意外风险两份，突发意外风险知情同意书显示，因朱先生“自身患有多种慢性疾病，入住院内以后随着病情发展会引起多种并发症或病情突变或身体抵抗力逐渐减弱、各脏器功能逐渐减退，导致心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、猝死等意外状况。为防止发生各种突发意外，我们将加强观察，建立各种应急预案，开通应急就医绿色通道。”</section><section 2em;'>“2月10日和家属联系时说过老人吃得少。”王女士说，2月11日中午护理员正常给朱先生喂饭、换尿布，随后是老人午休，时间从吃完饭到下午3时30分。“好多卧床的老人都是在睡觉时候走了。”</section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'>对于朱先生属正常去世有无依据，王女士表示：“养老院这样的老人走了，没有痛苦和难受，就认为是正常睡过去了。”</section><section style='line-height: 2em;'>2月15日，临渭区民政局派人到金秋苑敬老院进行调查。临渭区民政局社会福利和养老服务股负责人表示，金秋苑敬老院是一家合法的民办养老机构。如果入住协议约定要24小时陪护，出现这种情况养老机构要负责任。</section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'>该负责人说，建议双方进行沟通协调解决，如果协商不成可以通过司法途径，通过司法机关查明养老机构哪个环节出现问题，养老机构承担该承担的责任。对于调查结果，会通过相关渠道进行回复，具体时间暂不清楚。</section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height:
