渭南一地公安局发布关于征集假药劣药犯罪线索的通告！
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><section><section><p style='text-align: center;'><img src="http://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202109/09/141308fwhl01xtx4dmw9lg.jpg"></p><section><section><section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="12645"><section style='margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;'><section style='padding: 5px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(32, 87, 146);border-radius: 8px;box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='padding: 15px;border-color: rgb(52, 40, 77);background: rgb(32, 87, 146);border-radius: 8px;box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='color: rgb(255, 255, 255); letter-spacing: 2px; line-height: 1.75em; transform: rotateZ(0deg);'><section style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 0em;text-align: center;'><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='border-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-color: initial;'>为严厉打击生产、销售假药、劣药等违法犯罪行为，鼓励广大群众积极同违法犯罪行为作斗争，蒲城县公安局现面向社会各界征集生产、销售假药、劣药、妨害药品管理等违法犯罪线索：</span></section><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><strong>一、有下列情形之一的，为假药</strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）药品所含成分与国家药品标准规定的成分不符；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）以非药品冒充药品或者以他种药品冒充此种药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）变质的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（四）药品所标明的适应症或者功能主治超过规定范围。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><strong>二、有下列情形之一的，为劣药</strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）药品成分的含量不符合国家药品标准；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）被污染的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）未标明或者更改有效期的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（四）未标明或者更改产品批号的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（五）超过有效期的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（六）擅自添加防腐剂、辅料的药品；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（七）其他不符合药品标准的药品。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><strong>三、妨害药品管理罪</strong>(违反药品法规，足以严重危害人体健康的)</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）生产、销售国务院药品监督管理部门禁止使用的药品的；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）未取得药品相关批准证明文件生产、进口药品或者明知是上述药品而销售的；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）药品申请注册中提供虚假的证明、数据、资料、样品或者采取其他欺骗手段的；</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（四）编造生产、检验记录的。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><strong>四、非法经营罪</strong></p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）违反国家药品管理法律法规，未取得或者使用伪造、变造的药品经营许可证，非法经营药品，情节严重的，以非法经营定罪处罚。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）以提供给他人生产、销售药品为目的，违反国家规定，生产、销售不符合药用要求非药品原料、辅料，情节严重的，以非法经营罪处罚。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>希望广大人民群众积极检举揭发身边涉药品违法犯罪行为，协助公安机关，依法严厉打击涉药品犯罪。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>公安机关将对举报人信息严格保密，对举报的线索经公安机关查证属实的将予以奖励。举报人要实事求是进行举报，对故意捏造事实、诬告他人的将依法追究法律责任。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>五、举报方式</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>公民举报情况、提供线索，可采取电话、来人举报等方式。</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>举报电话：110 0913-7222022</p><p style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'>地址：蒲城县长乐街东段应急管理局一楼。</p><p data-track="31"><br></p><p style='text-align: right;text-indent: 2em;'>蒲城县公安局</p><p style='text-align: right;text-indent: 2em;'>2022年2月21日</p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align: center;'><font size="1" face="微软雅黑" color="#c0c0c0">（来源：蒲城公安）</font></p><p style='text-align: center;'><img src="http://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202202/20/095511yz3g5nu7r9ppne3v.jpg"></p></section></section></section></div>
