max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（一）禁止猎捕、杀害国家重点保护野生动物。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（二）禁止使用毒药、爆炸物、电击或者电子诱捕装置以及猎套、猎夹、地枪、排铳等工具进行猎捕，禁止使用夜间照明行猎、歼灭性围猎、猎犬围猎、捣毁巢穴、火攻、烟熏、网捕等方法进行猎捕。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（三）禁止在洛河湿地、卤阳湖国家湿地公园等区域内引入外来物种、营造单一纯林、过量施洒农药等人为干扰、威胁野生动物生息繁衍的行为或破坏国家、地方重点野生动物的主要栖息地设施的行为。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（四）禁止生产、经营、使用、食用国家重点保护野生动物及其制作的食品，或者使用没有合法来源证明的非国家重点保护野生动物及其制作的食品。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（五）禁止为出售、购买、利用野生动物或者禁止使用的猎捕工具发布广告。禁止为违法出售、购买、利用野生动物制品发布广告。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（六）禁止网络交易平台、商品交易市场等交易场所，为违法出售、购买、利用野生动物及其制品或者禁止使用的猎捕工具提供交易服务。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（七）禁止以收容救助为由违法驯养国家重点保护的珍贵、濒危野生动物、禁止以野生动物收容救护为名买卖野生动物及其制品。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（八）非法占用林地、湿地的行为；包括非法转让、倒卖土地（林地）使用权的，非法占用林地湿地违规建房、建坟，建窑，采石挖沙，采矿、取土、种植农作物、堆放或者排泄废弃物的行为或者进行其他非林业生产、建设，造成林地的原有植被或林业种植条件严重毁坏或者严重污染的行为。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";
