rgb(0, 0, 0);'>为依法严厉打击制售假药劣药等涉药违法犯罪行为，确保人民群众生命健康，渭南市公安局现面向社会各界和广大人民群众公开征集假药劣药以及其他涉药类违法犯罪线索，现将有关事项特通告如下：</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(16, 26, 248);'><strong>一、有下列情形之一的，为假药</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（一）药品所含成分与国家药品标准规定的成分不符；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（二）以非药品冒充药品或者以他种药品冒充此种药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（三）变质的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（四）药品所标明的适应症或者功能主治超过规定范围。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(16, 26, 248);'>二、有下列情形之一的，为劣药</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（一）药品成分的含量不符合国家药品标准；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（二）被污染的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（三）未标明或者更改有效期的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（四）未标明或者更改产品批号的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（五）超过有效期的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（六）擅自添加防腐剂、辅料的药品；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（七）其他不符合药品标准的药品。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(16, 26, 248);'>三、妨害药品管理罪(违反药品法规，足以严重危害人体健康的)</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（一）生产、销售国务院药品监督管理部门禁止使用的药品的；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（二）未取得药品相关批准证明文件生产、进口药品或者明知是上述药品而销售的；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（三）药品申请注册中提供虚假的证明、数据、资料、样品或者采取其他欺骗手段的；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（四）编造生产、检验记录的。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(16, 26, 248);'>四、举报要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（一）举报内容尽可能详实、客观，准确反映违法犯罪时间、地点及违法犯罪过程。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（二）举报线索经查属于上述违法犯罪行为，公安机关立案侦查后，按照《渭南市公安机关打击涉食药环犯罪案件线索举报奖励实施办法》给予奖励，同时对线索举报人信息严格保密。对于公安机关已经掌握的线索，不适用上述奖励办法。 </span></p><p style='text-indent: 0em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0,
