text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.未取得我市户籍者，即进城务工人员随迁子女</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>申请九年级报名：</span><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>①父亲或母亲或法定监护人持渭南市居住证1年以上（含1年）；②按照国家规定在陕缴纳职工基本养老保险1年以上（含1年）③学生本人具有初中学籍1年以上（含1年）。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>申请八年级报名：</span><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>①父亲或母亲或法定监护人持渭南市居住证；②按照国家规定在陕缴纳职工基本养老保险。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.现役军人、烈士、因公牺牲军人等子女学籍在渭，报名不受户籍限制。</span></span><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></strong></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(二)具有我市户籍在外地就读的九年级、八年级学生</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>未在户籍所在县市区就读者，到户籍所在县市区申请报名时，须提供户口本、二代居民身份证、学籍证明和县市区要求携带的其它相关材料。在我省外市就读的九年级考生申请报名，还须提供由原地市、县市区教育行政部门或考试机构出具的八年级生物学、地理科目原始分成绩证明。在外省就读申请九年级报名者，须补考生物学、地理科目。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(三)下列人员不得报名</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.职业技术学院、中专、技校、高中、职中的在籍生； </span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.因触犯刑律已被有关部门采取强制措施或正在服刑者。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>二、报名时间和办法 </span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>（一）九年级学生报名时间为：2022年4月6日8：00至4月10日18：00；八年级学生报名时间为：2022年4月11日8：00至4月13日18：00。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>所有拟参加2022年初中学业水平考试者必须在规定时间内登陆渭南招生考试信息网（http://www.wnksgl.com）完成网上报名，逾期未报名者责任自负。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(二)进城务工人员随迁子女申请九年级报名须填写《进城务工人员随迁子女在渭参加中考报名申请表》（附件1），经相关部门审查合格后，按照学籍所在县市区教育考试中心（招生办）的统一安排报名。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(三)2021年未参加陕西省生物学、地理科目考试的九年级报名者，可随2022年八年级参加补考。2021年已参加陕西省生物学、地理科目考试的考生，不得重复申请报名。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(四)照片采集采取刷二代身份证上传照片的办法进行。对因特殊情况未办理二代身份证的考生，采取现场照相的办法采集照片。各县市区根据实际情况，合理安排，确保在报名规定时间内采集齐所有考生的数码照片。现场照相照片质量标准参考高考网上报名要求执行。采取现场照相采集照片的考生，要分校、分类填写登记。照片采集完成后，由班主任或考生身份核查人签字，并交县市区教育考试中心（招生办）保存。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(五)符合报名条件的考生，按照报名条上的报名号和密码，在规定的报名时间内登录报名系统网址，认真阅读有关规定，按照要求如实填写报名信息。报名信息必须真实准确，考生本人须对填写的个人信息负责。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>报名号和登录密码是考生网上报名，高中、五年制高职、三年制中专录取志愿填报的重要依据，考生务必妥善保管，避免丢失或者泄露。</span></strong></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(六)报名完成后，须打印考生信息确认单，并经考生本人签字确认。对考生确认过程中提出的信息纠错，要及时更正，再次打印信息确认单由考生签字确认，确保无误。所有确认单由县市区教育考试中心（招生办）留存备查。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>考生信息确认工作结束后，各县市区须认真核查报名人数与信息确认人数是否一致，防止遗漏和出现其他差错。4月18日前分别完成九年级、八年级考点考场设置工作，并将资审报告交市教育考试中心中考学考科。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>三、工作要求 </span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'></span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(一)周密组织，扎实做好准备</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>各县市区务必高度重视、周密组织，详细了解各学校计算机设施及技术人员配备情况，对硬件及软件条件薄弱的学校，要制定妥善的解决方案，采取有效办法，保证报名工作顺利进行。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>在疫情防控常态化的特殊形势下，各县市区和初中学校要加强和相关部门的联系，按照疫情防控要求，共同做好报名过程中各个环节的疫情防控工作。 </span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(二)强化培训，确保信息准确</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>各县市区要在以往的基础上，结合报名中遇到的问题，对各初中学校相关工作人员进行扎实、有效的培训，确保每名工作人员熟悉报名政策，熟练掌握网上报名操作流程，正确指导考生准确填写报名信息。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(三)明确责任，规范资格审查</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>中考报名资格审查实行属地管理，由各县市区具体负责。要加大宣传力度，使广大考生知晓报名政策和报名流程。要进一步落实工作责任，坚持“谁审查、谁签字、谁负责”的原则，指定专人认真审核考生报名材料，严格按照报名办法办理报名手续。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>(四)严格管理，维护考生权益 </span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85); text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>中考成绩是各高中、高职及中专院校录取新生的重要依据，必须确保符合条件的考生参加考试的权利，严禁任何学校、任何组织限制或阻止符合规定的考生报名。各县市区要积极主动为考生服务，对于考生咨询及合理诉求，应及时回应并妥善处理。</span></section><section style='color: rgb(201, 70, 85);
