rgb(0, 82, 255);">对3月1日有西安旅居史的人员3月7日之内开展1次核酸检测,并落实7天健康监测措施;对3月2日一3月6日有西安旅居史人员,在返白第4、7天,各开展1核酸检测,并落实7天健康监测;从即日起,对有西安旅居史人员,在返白第 1、4、7天 ,各开展1次核酸检测 ,并落实7天健康监测。</span><span style="font-size: 校,严格查验返校师生的48小时内核酸检测阴性证明,并在入校后统一进行一次核酸检测,同时,要严格限制中高风险地区所在设区市师生返校。</span></section><section style="font-size: 17px;line-height: 2em;font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, 15px;">;提倡大型会议、培训、论坛等采取线上方式举行,举办50人以上的线下会议、培训、论坛等活动,应制定防控方案,按照“谁主办、谁负责""谁审批、谁负责"原则,在举办活动5个工作日前向县疫情防控指挥部报备申请,不邀请中高风险地区所在设区市人员参加线下活动 ;</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">提倡 " 喜事缓办 ,丧事简办 ,宴会不办 "</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">,确需举办的尽可能缩小活动规模，承办5桌以上宴会等聚餐活动的餐饮单位须严格做好疫情防控工作,自行举办5桌以上宴会等聚餐活动的个人,须向属地社区居委会或村委会报备。</span></section><section style="font-size: 17px;line-height: 15px;">对精神病院、养老机构、羁押场所等重点场所实施封闭管理,提倡视频探视;对旅游景区、影院剧院、商场超市等人员密集场所,严格落实限流、戴口罩、扫码测温等措施;对隔离场所,严格落实"三区两通道" 和闭环管理要求;对发热门诊、定点医院规范落实院级、病 区、班次三级院感防控管理制度。</span></section><section style="font-size: 15px;">五、即日起,对西安市3个中风险地区{曲江新区曲江池东路988号凯悦酒店、新城区长乐中路街道汉庭酒店(万寿路地铁站店)、碑林区文艺路街道文北二社区金色城市小区1号楼}来返白人员,落实14天集中隔离等措施(隔离时间从离开上述地区时间算起);对中风险地区(包括发生疫情但未划定风险区域的地区)所在镇(街道)的其他来返白人员,落实14天居家隔离等措施(起算时间同上);对中风险地区所在区的其他来返白人员，查验健康码、大数据行程卡、48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。</span></section><section
