line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);"><strong><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">2.纠正“小学化”教育方式。</font></strong></span></section><section style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">针对幼儿园不能坚持以游戏为基本活动，脱离幼儿生活情景，以课堂集中授课方式为主组织安排一日活动或以机械背诵、记忆、抄写、计算等方式进行知识技能性强化训练的行为，要坚决予以纠正。幼儿园园长、教师要树立科学保教观念，坚持以幼儿为本，关注个体差异，科学合理安排幼儿一日活动，促进幼儿在活动中通过亲身体验、直接感知、实践操作进行自主游戏和学习探究。幼儿园要通过学前教育宣传月、家长开放日等活动引导家长树立科学育儿观念，加强幼儿园家长委员会建设，提高家长对幼小衔接的正确认识，推进家园共育的良好氛围。</font></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br></font></span></section><section style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);"><strong><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">3.整治“小学化”教育环境。</font></strong></span></section><section style="text-align: left; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">坚决纠正招生行为不规范、随意扩大规定班额和招生规模的行为，严禁幼儿活动室“小学化”布置。要合理利用室内外环境，创设开放、多样的区域活动空间，科学组织区域活动，配备充足的符合幼儿年龄特点的玩教具、游戏材料和图画书。各幼儿园要积极推荐户外游戏优秀案例，形成一批富有特色、可复制可推广的优质游戏案例，打造可借鉴的游戏化课程资源。</font></section><section style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">配齐配足幼儿园园长和保教人员，严格执行国家颁布的幼儿教师专业标准，实行幼儿园园长、教师持证上岗制度，实行保教人员资格准入制度，提升资格证持证率。对于不具备幼儿园教师资格的，要督促其参加专业技能补偿培训并通过考试取得幼儿园教师资格证。对经过培训仍不能取得教师资格的，要限期予以调整。对于不适应科学保教需要，习惯于“小学化”教学，不善于按照幼儿身心发展规律和特点组织开展游戏活动的，要通过开展岗位适应性规范培训或调整出幼儿教师队伍，提高幼儿园教师科学保教能力。</font></section><section style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br></font></section><section style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 2em;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">5.加大综合治理力度。</span></strong></font></section><section style="text-align: left;
