color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; transform: rotateZ(0deg);'><p style='text-align:center;vertical-align: inherit;margin-right: 16px;margin-left: 16px;line-height: 28px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 41, 65);'><strong><span style='font-family: 仿宋;'>白水县</span></strong><strong><span style='font-family: 仿宋;'>公安局</span></strong></span></p><section style='text-align: center;vertical-align: inherit;margin-right: 16px;margin-left: 16px;line-height: 28px;margin-bottom: 20px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 41, 65);'><strong><span style='font-family: 仿宋;'>关于加强疫情期间社会面管控的通告</span></strong></span></section><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>为切实做好我县当前新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，最大限度降低疫情输入风险，有效保障各项疫情防控措施顺利开展，维护我县社会治安秩序稳定，按照县委、县政府和县应对疫情防控办公室统一部署，现就有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>一、对流调工作人员隐瞒实情、虚构事实、故意躲藏，拒绝、阻碍调查工作，造成影响的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>二、公然侮辱、威胁、伤害执行防疫工作任务的相关人员，造成影响的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；造成严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>三、散布谣言，谎报险情、疫情、警情或者以其他方法故意扰乱公共秩序，造成影响的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；造成严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>四、凡境外、国内中、高风险地区来白人员或者新冠肺炎患者密切接触者，违反我县人民政府、疾病预防控制机构提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，瞒报、谎报健康情况、就诊史、接触史、旅居史、行踪轨迹等重要信息，或者拒不接受检疫排查、隔离观察，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>五、在入白通道疫情防控服务点、社区、村庄、医院、宾馆、商业超市、药店等场所和机关、企事业单位、公共场所，拒不配合防疫工作人员实施扫码测温、询问登记、身份核查、车辆检查、中高风险地区车辆和人员劝返等防疫措施，不听劝阻、寻衅滋事的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十五日并处一千元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>六、新冠肺炎确诊患者、无症状感染者、疑似病人等拒绝接受防疫、检疫、隔离治疗，或者隔离期未满擅自脱离隔离治疗，由公安机关协助医疗机构采取强制隔离治疗措施，并依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠肺炎传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>七、客运车辆、旅游包车、出租车及其它社会车辆违反疫情防控规定私自揽客，将国内高、中风险地区人员输入我县，或在高速公路停车下客，翻越高速护栏、在服务区员工通道进出等方式逃避防疫卡口检查，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险等严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>八、旅馆、饭店、影剧院、娱乐场、运动场、展览馆或者其他社会公众活动经营场所违反我县人民政府、疾病预防控制机构提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对相关人员最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>九、违反我县人民政府、疾病预防控制机构提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，举办各类文艺演出、展览展销、赛事、灯会、联欢会等大型群众性聚集性活动，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对相关人员最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；违反我县人民政府提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，聚众操办婚丧嫁娶事宜，造成影响的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对相关人员最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>十、疫情防控期间，组织、参与赌博活动，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十五日并处三千元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险等严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>十一、其他拒不执行我县人民政府、疾病预防控制机构依照传染病防治法发布的有关疫情防控决定、命令、通告、公告的，公安机关将依法追究相关人员法律责任。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>本通告自发布之日起实施。</span><span style='font-size: 21px;font-family: 仿宋;'></span></p><section style='text-align: right;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 0em;box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='vertical-align: inherit;font-size: 21px;font-family: 仿宋;'><br></p></section><section style='text-align: right;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>白水县公安局</span></section><section style='text-align: right;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2022年3月14日</span></section></section></section><section style='box-sizing:border-box;width:30px;margin-left:auto;background-color:#fefefe;margin-top:-15px;margin-right:20px;transform: rotateZ(0deg);-webkit-transform: rotateZ(0deg);-moz-transform: rotateZ(0deg);-ms-transform: rotateZ(0deg);-o-transform: rotateZ(0deg);'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;box-sizing: border-box;vertical-align: inherit;display: block;width: 100%;'></span></section></section></section></section><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com" style='letter-spacing: 1px;'><section data-role="paragraph" style=''><section style='margin-top: 20px;
