visibility: visible;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">为贯彻落实2021年4月29日新修正的《食品安全法》第三十五条规定和渭南市“证照分离”改革要求。结合我县实际，现就仅销售预包装食品备案有关事项通告如下：</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); visibility: visible;">将食品经营备案（仅销售预包装食品）纳入全县“多证合一”登记范围</strong>，在企业登记注册环节一并办理备案手续。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(254, 247, 229); line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="outline: 0px; visibility: visible;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">二、<strong style="outline: 0px; visibility: visible;">仅预包装食品经营者</strong>，在营业执照申请设立或经营范围变更登记，营业执照经营范围选择“食品经营（仅销售预包装食品）”时，在行政审批大厅333号注册登记窗口一并填报需备案采集的信息。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(254, 247, 229); line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">三、<strong style="outline: 0px;">取得行政审批部门核发营业执照的经营范围记载“食品经营（仅销售预包装食品）”</strong>的，即可开展预包装食品销售活动，不单独办理食品经营许可证。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(254, 247, 229); line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">四、<strong style="outline: 0px;">销售预包装食品以外的其它食品或者从事食品制售活动的企业</strong>，仍应按照“先照后证”的有关要求，依法取得食品经营许可证。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(254, 247, 229); line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">五、<span style="outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="outline: 0px;">本通告实施前，仅预包装食品经营者已依法取得食品经营许可的，许可证继续有效</strong></span>。食品经营许可证到期的，通过变更经营范围登记办理食品经营备案（仅销售预包装食品）；食品经营许可证未到期、办理食品经营备案（仅销售预包装食品）的，应当先注销已有的食品经营许可证，再办理食品经营备案（仅销售预包装食品）。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; color: rgb(50, 50, 50); letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(254, 247, 229); line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;"><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">六、<span style="outline: 0px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong style="outline: 0px;">已办理食品经营备案（仅销售预包装食品）的企业</strong></span>，拟经营预包装食品以外的其他食品的，应当先变更营业执照经营范围，再依法取得食品经营许可；未取得食品经营许可证经营预包装食品以外的其他食品的，市场监管部门将根据《食品安全法》等法律法规有关规定进行处理。</font></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px;
