vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">为贯彻落实中省市关于全面推行河湖长制的安排部署，加强我市河道管理保护，保障河道行洪通畅，改善水资源环境，维护河湖生态健康，根据《中华人民共和国水法》、《中华人民共和国防洪法》、《陕西省河道管理条例》、《陕西省渭河流域管理条例》等法律法规的相关规定，现将河道管理范围内相关禁止事宜通告如下：<br data-filtered="filtered">1、在河道管理范围内，严禁种植林木和高杆作物。<br data-filtered="filtered">2、在河道管理范围内，严禁擅自修筑丁坝、围堤、泵站、码头、高渠、高路、厂房、民房等建筑物。<br data-filtered="filtered">2、在河道管理范围内，严禁存放物料、倾倒垃圾、矿渣、煤灰、泥土、废弃土石料和其他废弃物。<br data-filtered="filtered">3、未经批准不得在河道管理范围内采砂、取土、爆破、打井、修池养殖等。<br data-filtered="filtered">4、未经批准不得在河道内设置排污口，严禁向河道内排放不达排放标准的生活污水、养殖污水、工业废水等。<br data-filtered="filtered">5、对已经在河道管理范围内种植高杆作物和林木、建房、存放物料的单位或个人，请自行清除，并恢复原貌，如不能自行清除的，将依法依规进行整治与清除，一切损失自行承担。</font></p><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br data-filtered="filtered"></font><p style='text-align: justify;
