解决停车难，西安有新动作！新增5000个夜间免费停车位！
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><section><section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">近年来西安市机动车保有量高速增长，“停车难”引发的“停车乱”现象日趋严重。为了缓解西安市停车难，2021年底市政府出台了《西安市解决“停车难”问题三年行动方案（2021—2023年）》，成立解决“停车难”工作领导小组，聚焦当前西安市“停车难”现状特点，紧盯停车管理“全国一流、智慧便捷”工作要求，按照远近结合、分步实施工作思路，大力开展解决“停车难”问题三年行动，推动全市停车规划、建设、管理科学规范，智慧停车平台建成运行，停车服务水平大幅提升，全面形成“以配建停车设施为主、路外公共停车设施为辅、路内停车为补充”的城市停车体系，逐步构建“有位、有序，共建、共享”的停车格局，实现停车治理与城市交通协调发展。</font></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><br></font></section><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;
