color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">挂牌截止日报价时间：2022年5月25日9:00-10：30</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">二、挂牌出让地块的基本情况</p><p style="text-align: center; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">四、挂牌出让文件的领取</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">有意竞买者可自2022年5月11日至2022年5月23日（节假日除外）到渭南市自然资源和规划局领取《挂牌资料》。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">五、竞买申请的办理</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">参加竞买者应于2022年5月23日18时前（节假日除外），按照挂牌文件的要求向渭南市自然资源和规划局提交书面申请，办理竞买手续。缴纳竞买保证金的截止时间为2022年5月23日18时前，提交材料及具体要求详见《挂牌资料》。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">六、其他约定</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); text-indent: 2em;">按照渭南市人民政府办公室《关于加快装配式建筑发展的通知》（渭政办函〔2020〕38号）要求，两宗地应采用装配式建筑技术进行建设，且装配率不低于25%。</p><p style="vertical-align: inherit;
