max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">孙某芝身为保姆，违背职业要求的特定义务对看护对象实施虐待犯罪，根据其犯罪情况和预防再犯罪的需要，应对其宣告职业禁止。</strong>孙某芝的虐待行为虽不足以直接导致被害人张某某死亡的后果，但严重损害了被害人张某某的身心健康，被告人孙某芝应当对被害人张某某的死亡承担相应的侵权责任，本院酌定<strong style="outline: 0px; 家里孩子忙真的容易忽略老人，以后找保姆一定要擦亮眼睛，应该提高保姆门槛，不能让这种人再从事此类职业！
