line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">农村寄宿制学校分别再增加200元</span></strong></p><section style="text-align: center;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;border-style: solid;border-width: 1px;box-sizing: border-box;"></span><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">各中心校、高中：</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">现就2022年秋季学期中小学免费工作有关事宜安排如下：</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">一、免费提供教科书</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">全区义务教育阶段中小学（含社会力量办学）所有学生免费提供国家课程教科书</span>，免费标准依据陕西省教育厅和财政厅核定的教科书标准执行。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">推行部分教科书循环使用制度</span>，<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">为学生免费提供《音乐》《美术》《体育与健康》等书。</span>循环用书每学期底由学校统一回收保管，供下一级学生使用。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.根据陕西省教育厅办公室《关于陕西省2022年秋季至2023 年春季中小学教学用书有关事项的通知》（陕教材办〔2022〕15号）文件精神，纳入循环使用的教材按照在校生数的50%进行征订和发放。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4.免书费人数以2022年秋季在校学生数为准，不得虚报、瞒报，严禁加报教师用书。各校要制订循环用书工作方案，并严格按照循环用书工作方案执行。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">二、免除学杂费及补助公用经费</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.<span style="color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">义务教育学校公用经费补助标准每生每年小学800元、初中1000元，农村寄宿制学校分别再增加200元。</span>对农村不足100人的规模较小学校按100人核定公用经费，按每生每年60元补助义务教育学校取暖费。区级财政补助标准农村学校每生每年小学48元、初中72元。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.</span><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">高中学校免除学费后对具有全国学生学籍信息管理系统普通高中学籍的在校生补助公用经费，城市普通高中每生每年700元，省级标准化高中每生每年1600元。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.</span><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);">特殊教育学校和随班就读残疾学生公用经费补助标准为每生每年6000元。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4.社会力量办学学校待区局核查人数完成后，做好学生免学杂费相关信息登记造册工作，交辖区中心校审核通过后，报送区教育局。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、工作要求</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.高度重视做好宣传</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">免费义务教育工作是一项民生工程。各学校、中心校要高度重视，利用多种方式进行政策宣传，使国家的好政策深入民心。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.明确工作职责</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">各中心校校长全面负责辖区义务段学校（含社会力量办学）的免费工作，对辖区各校上报的免费数据进行审核，签字汇总，完成上报。各校长为免费工作的“第一负责人”，全面负责本校各项免费统计工作，切实做好开学免费工作的安排、组织和实施，确保数据按时上报。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.严肃工作纪律</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">各中心校校长、中小学校长要担负起各自的工作职责。对免费工作中思想不重视、态度不端正、工作不认真、虚报谎报免费人数、误报迟报统计报表、统计项目填写不完整等现象，区局将对有关责任人进行严肃查处。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4.按时报送材料</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">报送方式：以中心校为单位汇总报送。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 10px;">（来源：临渭区教育局）</span><br></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: center;"><img src="https://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202209/06/095527hhb1a320y1wp1bh3.jpg"></section></div><p></p>
