max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>将启动条件中的CPI单月同比涨幅达到3.5%阶段性调整为3.0%，同时保持CPI中食品价格同比涨幅达到6%的启动条件不变，满足任一条件即启动价格补贴联动机制。</strong>采用城镇低收入居民基本生活费用价格指数（SCPI）的地方，可参考CPI单月同比涨幅达到3.0%合理设定启动条件。<strong style='outline: 0px;
