letter-spacing: 2px; line-height: 1.75em; transform: rotateZ(0deg);'><p style='text-align: center;'><img src="https://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202111/03/114427mfwpmy8cee6opavh.jpg"></p><p style='text-align: center;'><br></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>根据《陕西省2022年下半年面向社会人员开展普通话水平测试工作的公告》，现就渭南市2022年下半年普通话水平测试有关事项公告如下：</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> <strong> 一、报名</strong></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（一）报名条件</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>年满18周岁以上的公民均可申请参加测试。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>提示：已设立测试站的在校师生，务必参加所在学校组织的普通话水平测试，详细事宜咨询学校有关部门。如有违反此项规定的，渭南市普通话水平测试中心有权做出不予接受测试的处理。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（二）报名时间</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>上半年报名测试两次，具体报名时间如下：</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>第一次报名时间：9月21日9:00-9月24日17:00</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>第二次报名时间：11月1日9:00-11月4日17:00</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（三）报名方式： </span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>报名可通过电脑端、手机端进行。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.电脑端网络报名（建议使用360浏览器兼容模式）：登录“国家普通话水平测试在线报名系统”( http://bm.cltt.org)，选择“陕西”报名入口，按照提示进行。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.手机端报名：下载科大讯飞“畅言普通话”APP，注册后在首页选择“考试专区—考试报名”，按照提示依次选择“省份”“城市/机构”“测试站”“测试时间”等环节进行报名。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>二、信息确认及缴费</span></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>考生信息确认由测试站根据报名测试条件在网上进行，考生个人无须到现场进行确认，不符合报名条件以及报名信息不符合要求的考生不予确认信息，并且不接受报名测试。信息确认通过后，考生可在报名网站打印准考证。缴费时间及方式请关注“渭南电大”微信公众号通知。收费标准按照省物价局、省财政厅（陕价行函〔2005〕173号）规定，对自愿接受测试的人员按40元/人次收取测试费。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>三、准考证打印</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>网上报名完成并信息审核通过的考生，请在测试日期前一周，自行在报名网站打印准考证。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>四、成绩查询与证书领取</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.成绩查询方式：登录“国家普通话水平测试在线报名系统”或“全国普通话培训测试信息资源网(http://www.cltt.org/)”查询。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.证书领取：普通话水平测试等级证书分为纸质证书和电子证书，二者具有同等效力。纸质证书由国务院语言文字工作部门统一印制，电子证书执行《国家政务服务平台标准》中关于普通话水平测试等级证书电子证照的行业标准。纸质证书遗失的，不予补发，可以通过国家政务服务平台查询测试成绩，查询结果与证书具有同等效力。证书领取时间见“渭南电大”微信公众号通知，应试人根据证书领取通知在规定时间内持身份证原件及准考证到渭南开放大学领取证书。在规定日期内未领取的证书，渭南市普通话测试中心代为保管三个月，逾期未领的作无主证书处理，不再负有保管责任。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>五、测试注意事项</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.测试时间：按照准考证时间参加测试。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.测试地点：渭南市普通话测试中心（渭南市临渭区朝阳大街中段与西五路丁字路口渭南开放大学4楼普通话水平测试室）。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.测试中心为考生提供现代汉语字典。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>4.参加测试的考生须携带《居民身份证》《护照》等有效证件及准考证按时参加考试，否则不能参加测试。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>六、其它注意事项</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.考生务必关注“渭南电大”微信公众号，接收渭南市普通话测试中心有关测试消息及证书领取通知。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.考生务必确保姓名、性别、身份证号码、电话号码等信息填报无误并完成缴费。如因信息错误或未按规定要求报名，导致报名失败的，后果由考生自负。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.证书照片在测试当日由测试站进行现场采集。请应试人注意仪容仪表，尽量穿深色、有领上衣，保持面部清洁和本人自然相貌。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>4.应试人应严格遵守考场纪律，服从考场工作人员调度安排；严禁作弊及代考，一经发现，取消测试成绩，并报送国家测试机构记入全国普通话水平测试违纪人员档案。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>5.疫情防控要求：按照新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控的要求，所有应试人在测试全程科学佩戴无呼吸阀的防疫口罩，经测量体温正常，并凭绿色健康码、绿色动态行程卡进入测试区域。测试当天是否需要核检阴性检测单，根据疫情防控需要另行通知。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>咨询电话：0913-2020110</span></section><section style='text-align: right;
