16px;'>家里两位老人正在带孩子，说起昨天的事情，“我们两个当时没在家里，狗平常是养在家里的，养了两三年也有狗证。听说不是跳下去的，我们不在家也不太清楚。昨天应该是门没关好。随便什么东西从24楼掉下去都不得了，一个鸡蛋掉下去都不得了，更何况一条狗。我儿子昨天已经联系过受伤的人。狗没什么大事，现在已经送到朋友家去了。”</span></p><p data-track="51"><span style='font-size: 16px;'>小区物业李经理表示，昨天发生此事后，派出所已经出警。</span></p><p data-track="52"><span style='font-size: 16px;'>记者从拱宸桥派出所核实了解到，确实接到了这么一起警情，民警也第一时间抵达现场，相关情况正进一步调查中。</span></p><p data-track="53"><span style='font-size: 16px;'>浙江丰国律师事务所主任陈松涛从法理上进行了分析。他认为，</span><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>发生狗从楼上跳下来砸伤人，需要狗主人承担相应民事责任，需要承担伤者的医药费、误工费等。如果构成伤残，还要承担伤残补助金。具体的民事赔偿，双方可以走司法途径。</span></strong></p><section data-role="outer" label="edit by 135editor"><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>对此，记者也采访了修远宠物医院方医生。他表示，一般狗狗是不会自己跳下来的，有些原因可能会导致这样的事情发生：</span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>第一没有绝育</strong>，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>感知到附近有发情的狗狗，本能意识想要去找，然后失足坠落，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>第二是受到惊吓</strong>，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>想找个地方，然后跳窗失足坠落，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong>第三是好奇</strong>，</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>不知道哪里是空的，想跳过去看看，或者是有鸟或虫子在外面想去抓，然后跳窗失足坠落。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>另外，记者也采访了杭州动物园副园长江志。他表示，“狗狗从高楼跳下的原因比较复杂，也很难断定原因。有可能是狗狗搞错了方向，尤其是刚睡醒时。”</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size: 16px;'>那么是不是哈士奇比较莽，才让它不顾一切从高楼跳下呢？“这个与狗狗的品种无关。”江志说。</span></p><p><br></p><p
