12pt;">“一带”</span></strong><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">是指安全带。是汽车驾乘人员自我安全保护的一种装置。正确佩戴安全头盔、规范使用安全带能够将交通事故死亡风险降低</span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">60%至70%，对保护群众生命安全具有</span><span
