line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 8px;"><font size="3" face="微软雅黑"><strong><span style="line-height: 2em;"> 一、</span></strong><span style="line-height: 2em;">办理民事一审、行政一审、首次执行和国家赔偿立案业务时，当事人和代理人可利用陕西诉讼服务网、陕西移动微法院、人民法院调解平台和人民法院律师服务平台等进行网上立案、网上调解；递交相关诉讼材料时，可通过快递方式邮寄。</span></font></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 8px;"><font size="3" face="微软雅黑"><strong><span style="line-height: 2em;">二、</span></strong><span style="line-height: 2em;">办理再审申请等业务时，当事人和代理人请通过快递方式邮寄相关诉讼材料。</span></font></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;
