visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">根据《陕西省2022年下半年中小学教师资格认定公告》和《渭南市教育局关于做好2022年中小学教师资格制度实施工作有关事项的通知》（渭教师〔2022〕19号）要求，结合我市实际，现将渭南市2022年下半年中小学教师资格认定工作有关事项公告如下:</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、受理范围</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">获得教育部考试中心颁发的《中小学教师资格考试合格证明》或持有《师范生教师职业能力证书》，未达到国家法定退休年龄，户籍所在地、居住地（持有当地居住证且在有效期内）在渭南市的中国公民（含符合认定条件的港澳台人员），可申请认定幼儿园、小学、初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校和中等职业学校实习指导教师资格。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、申请认定条件</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）思想品德条件。遵守宪法和法律，热爱教育事业，能够履行《教师法》规定的义务，具有良好的思想品德和职业道德。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）学历条件。应具备《陕西省〈中小学教师资格考试暂行办法〉实施细则（试行）》所规定的国民教育系列学历。申请幼儿园、小学教师资格，应当具备大学专科及以上学历。申请初级中学、高级中学、中等职业学校教师资格，应当具备大学本科及以上学历。申请认定中等职业学校实习指导教师资格，应当具备大学专科及其以上学历，并应当具有相当助理工程师及以上专业技术职务或者中级及以上工人技术等级。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）通过中小学教师资格考试，取得《中小学教师资格考试合格证明》且在有效期内或持《师范生教师职业能力证书》且在有效期内的教育类研究生和公费师范生。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（四）能适应教育教学工作的需要，具有良好的身体素质。体检标准按照陕西省教育厅、陕西省卫生健康委员会《关于做好陕西省教师资格认定体检工作的通知》（陕教〔2019〕61号）有关规定执行，并经教师资格认定机构指定的二级甲等以上医院体检，结论为合格。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（五）应达到国家语言文字工作委员会颁布的《普通话水平测试等级标准》二级乙等以上标准。其中，申请语文教师资格、幼儿园教师资格和对外汉语教学教师资格者，普通话水平应达到二级甲等以上标准。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、认定机构：</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">我市中小学教师资格由渭南市教育局教师资格办公室统一实施认定。符合认定条件的社会人员以户籍或者工作单位所隶属的县（市、区）教育局进行现场确认及初审，初审结束后以县（市、区）教育局为单位在规定时间内统一报渭南市教育局教师资格办公室进行认定。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、认定流程</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）网上报名</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">根据教育部教师资格认定指导中心、陕西省教育厅规定要求，我市实行统一的网报时间，网报时间为10月24日8:00至11月2日17:00。网上报名具体流程如下：</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">符合条件的申请人员在规定时间内登录中国教师资格网（www.jszg.edu.cn）从“教师资格认定申请人网报入口”进行申报，完成注册及实名验证后，按网站提示选择认定机构一栏时选择渭南市教育局，选择确认点一栏时选择户籍或居住地所在县（市、区）教育局确认点。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">信息系统上传照片和教师资格证书持证人粘贴照片统一使用近期免冠正面1寸彩色白底证件照(上传格式为 JPG/JPEG格式，不大于200K)。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">申请人员应仔细核对所填认定信息，确认无误后提交认定信息。输入信息错误造成的后果须由本人负责。网报成功后点击“退出”按钮关闭报名页面，以免信息被他人更改。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）现场确认</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">申请人网报完成后，应在规定的时间内到户籍或居住地所属县（市、区）教育局确认点进行现场确认（确认点联系电话见附件）并咨询体检安排。不进行现场确认的网报无效。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">各县（市、区）教育局确认点现场确认时间为：2022年10月26日至11月2日（工作日上午8:30-12：00，下午14:30-18:00）。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">现场确认提供以下材料：</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.二代身份证原件（需在有效期内），原件审核确认无误后返回本人。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.学历证书原件，港澳台学历还应同时提交教育部留学服务中心出具的《港澳台学历认证书》原件，国外学历还应同时提交教育部留学服务中心出具的《国外学历认证书》的原件。学历信息在网报时经过中国教师资格网电子信息比对的可不提交。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">特别提示：在审核材料过程中，对于中国教师资格网无法直接比对验证的学历，申请人须提交《中国高等教育学历认证报告》（在学信网在线申请），否则视为不合格学历将不予受理。建议申请人提前在学信网验证学历，无法验证的及时申请认证报告。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.近期免冠正面1寸彩色白底证件照2张(应与网上申报及体检表照片同底版，照片背面注明姓名、申请学科、身份证号和联系电话)。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4.在户籍所在地申请认定的，提交本人户口本或集体户口证明原件，在居住地申请认定的，应当提交有效的居住证原件。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">5.中国教师资格网无法验证申请人普通话水平测试等级的，需现场提交《普通话水平测试等级证书》原件。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">申请中等职业学校实习指导教师资格类别的申请人，除提供以上资料外，还需提供相当助理工程师及以上专业技术职务的职称证书或中级及以上工人技术等级的资格证书。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）体检</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">申请人现场确认后，参加户籍（居住）所在地县（市、区）教育局确认点指定的医院（二级甲等以上）体检，体检标准按照陕西省教育厅、陕西省卫生健康委员会《关于做好陕西省教师资格认定体检工作的通知》（陕教〔2019〕61号）有关规定执行，统一使用《陕西省申请认定教师资格人员体检表》。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（四）审核认定</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">各县（市、区）教育局确认点完成现场确认工作后，将依据审核情况做出初审结论，整理汇总造册后统一提交渭南市教师资格认定办公室复审，最终根据渭南市教师资格专家审查委员会的审查意见，做出资格认定结论。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（五）证书领取</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">经认定具备中小学教师资格的人员，于12月中旬及时和各县（市、区）教育局现场确认点联系。领取所提供材料原件、中小学教师资格证书和认定申请表一份，认定申请表由本人留存个人档案。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">五、其他事项</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）渭南市2022年下半年中小学教师资格认定工作安排请关注渭南教育网和渭南教育发布的认定公告，不采用其它方式通知，请申请人及时查阅，以免错过认定机构的工作安排。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）申请人须按规定时间、地点和要求进行网上申报及现场审核确认。因错过申报时间、选错认定机构或现场确认点、申报信息有误或提交材料不全等原因未在规定时间内完成申报工作的，认定机构将不予受理，责任由申请人本人承担。同时，申请人须提前了解相应确认点所在地疫情防控有关规定，做好个人安全防护，严格执行属地各项疫情防控要求。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）申请人应如实提交相关材料，故意弄虚作假，骗取教师资格的将依据国家有关规定进行处罚。渭南市教师资格认定办公室将依法依规严肃处理，同时收缴虚假证件上报省教育厅教师工作处备案。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;
