color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'>多潘立酮是胃肠促动药，国内有不少企业生产，近两年来，以吗丁啉为代表的多潘立酮在临床上的应用越来越严格。10月28日，北京医院药学部副主任张亚同告诉记者，“并不是任何患者都可以随便使用，只有在某些前提下通过评估之后才会使用，现在各医院的整体用药量在慢慢下降。可以说，吗丁啉已经从原来的常用药变成充分评估后再合理使用的药。”</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'><br></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'>早在2016年8月，健康时报就曾报道《吗丁啉居然成国人常备药》时提到，2015年，加拿大卫生部更加肯定风险相关性，称多潘立酮会小幅增加严重室性心律失常或心源性猝死的风险。加拿大卫生部建议，开始应先以尽可能小的剂量用药。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='color:#595858;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><br></span></span><span style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(89, 88, 88);'>“多潘立酮可以说是一个老药，这次单独拎出来修订，是对它的再次重视。此前，已经有多次临床评估发现，儿童使用存在风险，儿童在使用多潘立酮时应当谨慎。</span><span style='color: rgb(89, 88, 88);font-size: 16px;'>此次对吗丁啉的处方药、非处方药都做了不同程度的修订，非处方药限制了儿童是对临床安全使用的改进。”张亚同解释，此前FDA曾指出，多潘立酮的严重不良反应包括心律失常、心脏骤停、猝死。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;
