<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">11月10日，记者从陕西省医疗保障局了解到，<strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>第七批国家组织药品集中采购中选和备供产品将自11月28日起在陕西省落地执行。60种药品平均降价48%。</span></strong></font></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"></font></span></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'></span></font></strong></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">本次集采涉及各类不同规格药品175种，其中中选企业供应药品86种，备选企业供应药品87种，残缺规格供应药品2种，包括高血压、糖尿病、抗感染、消化道疾病等常见病、慢性病用药以及肺癌、肝癌、肾癌、肠癌等重大疾病用药。</font></span></strong></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"></font></span></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">第七批集采增加了备供机制，主供企业和备供企业中选药品按照中选供应陕西价格直接在省公共资源交易中心药械采购平台挂网。主供企业不能对医疗机构的订单及时做出响应时，为保障临床需要，医疗机构可采购备供药品；主供企业出现较大范围或较长时间不能及时足量供应或被取消中选资格等情况，不能满足全省医疗机构需求或无法继续履行带量采购协议时，按照相关程序由备供企业替代原来的主供企业履行带量采购协议；备供企业也不能满足供应需求的，按照采购文件的相关规定启动增补供应企业流程。</font></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"></font></span></p><section style='text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">在医保支付政策方面，对医保目录内的集中带量采购药品，以中选价格为基准确定医保支付标准。对同通用名下的原研药、参比制剂、通过一致性评价的仿制药，实行同一医保支付标准。对未通过一致性评价的仿制药，医保支付标准不得高于同通用名下已通过一致性评价的药品。部分有特殊用药需要（如器官移植类、纳入我省特药管理）的品种，由省医保局按照“循序渐进、分类指导、梯度调整"的原则，另行制定。开展DRG/DIP支付方式改革的地区，首年不调整相应病种（病组）医保支付标准，后续调整要统筹考虑成本变化，科学合理调整。</font></section><section style='outline: 0px;
