16px;"><strong>鉴于近期省内疫情形势较为严峻，请广大考生务必认真阅读准考证的“考生须知”内容，考试期间严格执行疫情防控措施。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">1、请考生密切关注考点所在地的疫情防控政策，提前达到考点所在地，积极配合落实当地疫情防控措施。<strong>考前须在考点所在地按要求完成“3天2检”。</strong>考前未完成隔离管控等措施的，不能参加考试。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">2、考生须提前申领“陕西一码通”（健康码）和“通信大数据行程卡”（行程码），做好考前自主健康监测，并登录“陕西人事考试网”下载打印《陕西省2022年人事考试考生健康承诺书》（参加本人首场科目考试时上交），按要求如实填写并签字确认。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">3、<strong>考试期间，考生每天进入考点须持本人当天首场考试科目考前24小时内核酸检测阴性结果（纸质版、电子版均可）</strong>，提前1.5小时到达考点，扫码测温进入考点。“健康码”、“行程码”为绿码且现场测温不高于37.3℃的可进入考点；“健康码”、“行程码”非绿码考生不得进入考点。<strong><span style="color: #e53333;">建议参加两天考试的考生周六及时进行核酸采样，避免第二天因不能出具核酸结果而延误考试。</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">4、考生在考前10天内有发热、干咳等症状的，应按规定及时就医。考试当天还须出示考点所在地二级及以上医院就医凭证，经现场医务人员评估同意后方可参加考试。现场无法提供相关凭证的，不得入场参加考试。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">5、鉴于当前省内疫情防控形势复杂，请考生及时关注考点所在地和各市（区）考试部门发布的疫情防控最新要求，严格落实疫情防控措施，如有变动以各市（区）的最新要求为准。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">6、考生进入考点后应注意个人防护，服从现场工作人员管理。考生应自备一次性医用口罩，除核验身份外，须全程佩戴口罩，且在考点划定区域内活动，严禁在规定区域以外活动。考试结束后，应听从考点工作人员指挥，依次、有序离开考场、考点，不得在考场、考点附近聚集。所有送考、陪考人员一律不得进入考点。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">7、考试期间发现有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅觉减退、腹泻等症状的考生，且无二级以上医院诊断证明，经医学评估后，根据具体情况安排在备用隔离考场进行考试。当场考试结束后须接受进一步检查。<strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">因个人原因需要接受健康评估或者转移到备用隔离考场而耽误的考试时间不予补充。</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">8、凡存在虚假承诺，隐瞒或谎报旅居史、接触史、健康状况等疫情防控信息，提供虚假防疫证明材料（信息）的，将取消考试资格，依法追究法律责任。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 18px;"><strong>二、省直考区交通出行提示</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">鉴于省直考区参考人数较多，请广大考生提早错峰出行，避免因交通拥堵延误考试。</span></p><p 16px;">1、本次考试大部分考点距市区较远，尤其是西安翻译学院考点、西安城市建设职业学院考点、西安明德理工学院考点、西安高新技师学院考点距离远，公共交通运力有限，请广大考生合理安排时间，提早出行，尽早到达考点，避免因迟到延误考试。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " 16px;">建议在西安翻译学院考点的考生自驾车辆停放在太乙长安道理想路，以及太乙宫十字路口的环山公路两侧（有标志指示提醒）。可选择乘坐学校摆渡车（带有西安翻译学院标识的蓝色金龙客车）到达考点，摆渡车循环接考生到达考场。考生可招手即停，上车前需出示24小时内核酸及“3天2检”。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:="" justify;'=""><span style="line-height: 2;font-size: 16px;">2、西安铁道技师学院考点所在的白鹿原道路狭窄，容易造成考点沿线交通大面积拥堵，请广大考生提前规划出行，尽早到达考点。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;color: rgb(77, 77, 77);font-family: " microsoft="" yahei';font-size:="" 15px;text-align:=""
