!important;">（一）请广大居民根据实际居住地所在镇（街道）、村（社区）通知，提前完成“陕西一码通”信息注册，采样时出示个人电子码（无智能手机者可由家人注册“亲属码”，直接扫码；其他未注册的，请携带身份证现场登记后采样），由各镇（街道）、村（社区）信息录入人员现场扫码，医护人员进行采样。请广大居民按照工作人员通知要求，分时段、分批次，有序到达采样点进行采样。</span></p><p !important;">（二）核酸采样期间，所有人员保持相对静止，所有居民做好个人防护，全程佩戴口罩，与他人保持1米以上间隔，有序采样、即采即走。若因突发疾病、意外受伤等特殊情况需要紧急就诊的人员，可联系120、110予以保障。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: 微软雅黑, !important;">（三）居家隔离人员、居家健康监测人员不参与本次核酸检测，按现行政策和渠道规范采样；48小时内接种新冠疫苗人员应主动向村（社区）报告，不参与本次核酸检测；对行动不便的特殊人群，要提前向村（社区）报备，经审核后上门服务；对在校住宿学生，可在本校设置的采样点有序进行采样。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;color:
