max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">一、凡来返华阴人员违反市政府、疾病预防控制机构提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，不及时主动向所在社区（村组）、单位或者居住酒店报备，逃避或者拒绝执行核酸检测、集中隔离、居家隔离、健康监测等防疫措施的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">二、出入小区、村组、农贸市场、超市、宾馆、车站、医院等公共场所和机关、企事业单位以及疫情防控检查站（点），乘坐公共交通工具，拒不配合防疫工作人员实施扫码测温、核酸检测证明查验、身份核查登记、车辆检查、口罩佩戴检查等防疫措施，不听劝阻的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十五日并处一千元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">三、纳入核酸检测范围的人群，无故不参加统一组织的核酸检测，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">四、接到有关部门集中隔离或居家隔离通知，不按照规定执行的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">五、故意隐瞒病情、瞒报行程信息（尤其是重点地区旅居史）、隐瞒与确诊病例、无症状感染者有密切接触史，或者拒不配合流调工作人员调查的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">六、公然侮辱、威胁、伤害执行防疫工作任务相关人员的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；构成妨害公务罪、袭警罪等犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">七、散布谣言，谎报险情、疫情、警情或者以其他方法故意扰乱公共秩序，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；造成严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">八、小区、村组、农贸市场、商场超市、宾馆酒店、餐饮服务等人员密集场所，不按规定落实查验健康码、行程码、核酸检测证明、佩戴口罩等防疫措施，不听劝阻的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">九、通过私自在服务区员工通道进出等方式逃避防疫卡口检查或者客运车辆、旅游包车、出租车及其他社会车辆违反疫情防控规定私自揽客、甩客，将国内重点风险地区人员输入我县，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;caret-color: var(--weui-BRAND);">十、违反市政府、疾病预防控制机构提出的疫情预防、控制措施及规定，擅自开放、经营相关场所，举办各类文艺演出、展览展销、赛事、联欢会等大型群众性聚集性活动，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员最高可处行政拘留十日并处五百元罚款；引起新冠病毒传播或者有传播严重危险的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="outline: 0px;
