text-indent: 2em; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important; font-size: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important;">寒冬伊始，春节日近。无论你们是已经顺利返回华阴，还是正在返乡途中，家乡始终牵挂着你们的身心健康。当前，我市疫情防控形势严峻复杂，为保障你们安全、健康、顺利归来，希望莘莘学子自觉遵守相关防控政策，配合落实防控措施，与家乡人民一道，同舟共济、同心同向，一起携手度过这个寒冬。现温馨提示如下：</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: inherit !important; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important;">一、主动提前报备</strong>。近期返华阴的在外学子，请提前3天向所在社区（村组）进行报备，报备内容包括：学校名称及属地、返回方式、到达时间、联系方式等相关信息。省外返华阴学子同时在“陕西一码通”中“来（返）陕预填报”模块进行登记。返华阴前，要合理规划行程，尽量选择直达交通工具，减少旅途中转，避开高风险地区。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important; font-size: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important;"><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-size: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important;">二、途中加强防护</strong>。路途中要乘坐有安全保障的交通工具，严格做好自我防护，全程规范佩戴口罩，尽量减少与同乘人员交流，保持社交安全距离，尽量避免接触公共设施，接触后要及时洗手或用速干手部消毒剂等擦拭清洁处理。下车后要及时更换口罩。如在路途中出现发热、咳嗽等症状，请及时报告工作人员并立即前往医疗机构发热门诊就诊。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important; font-size: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important;"><strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; font-size: inherit !important; line-height: inherit !important; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important;">三、落实防控措施</strong>。个人是自身健康的第一责任人，要强化自我防护意识，做好防护措施。返华阴前，要听取所在社区（村组）的相关指导，并做好充分准备。返华阴后请主动配合，立即联系社区（村组）落实防疫管控措施。坚持“勤洗手、常通风、戴口罩、一米线”的良好卫生生活习惯，自觉落实“四不措施”即不聚餐、不聚集聚会、不进入公共场所、不乘坐公共交通工具。持续做好自我健康监测，若自己或家人出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻等相关症状时，要第一时间向所在村（社区）报备，做好防护并及时规范就医。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: inherit !important; padding-bottom: 0.5rem !important;">四、履行个人义务</strong>。请各位返华阴学子密切关注全国疫情形势和官方媒体发布的疫情防控资讯，不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，不随意发布未经证实的消息。如果你接到疫情防控排查电话，请主动配合防疫人员调查，如实报告自己的行程，配合落实相应管控措施。如你的健康码变为“红码”“黄码”，或收到疫情防控提醒短信，请第一时间向社区（村组）报告。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
