max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2.2188em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>韩城市“4.05”孙某某、刘某清明上坟后灭火不彻底引发林区火灾案：2019年4月5日（清明节）11时10分，犯罪人嫌疑人孙某某、刘某到桑树坪镇雷镇村南坡上坟烧纸，在烧纸过程中孙某某使用打火机点燃纸钱后，在已经燃烧的纸钱中继续添加纸钱，刘某在点燃的纸钱堆里添加纸钱，后来两人在未确定明火是否完全熄灭的情况下离开坟地，导致火灾发生。经韩城市林业勘察设计队鉴定:过火面积为89.3公顷（折合1339.5亩）。2019年4月，孙某某因犯失火罪被韩城市人民法院判处有期徒刑四年，刘某犯失火罪，判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑三年。</p><p style='outline: 0px;
