text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">近期，随着优化调整疫情防控相关措施的出台，部分抗病毒药品、相关防疫医疗器械用品等成为社会关注和消费者购买的热门商品。为维护市场价格秩序，保障药品和医疗器械市场价格秩序稳定，保护消费者合法权益，现就有关事项向全县药品和医疗器械经营者及相关单位通告如下：</font></p><section style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 0em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3"></font></section><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">一、各相关经营者应当严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》、《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》、《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》、《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》、《陕西省价格条例》等法律法规规定，主动增强社会责任感，依法合规经营，自觉维护市场秩序和群众利益，配合政府相关部门做好市场保供稳价工作。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">二、各相关经营者应当遵循公开、公平和诚实信用的原则，切实加强价格自律，正确行使自主定价权，准确核定生产经营成本并做好记录，为消费者提供价格合理的口罩、抗病毒药品、消毒杀菌用品、相关医疗器械等防疫类药品用品，不得扰乱正常的市场价格秩序。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">三、建立健全内部价格管理制度，不得在经营成本没有明显增加的情况下提高连花清瘟、抗病毒口服液、感冒灵、抗原检测试剂盒等药品和医疗器械的销售价格。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">四、切实执行明码标价制度，做到真实准确、货签对位、标识醒目。通过网络等方式销售药品或者医疗器械的，应当通过网络页面，以文字、图像等方式进行明码标价。不得在标价之外加价出售商品，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">五、各医药用品经营者及相关单位不得直接或变相强制捆绑销售或搭售其他商品，以及利用其他手段哄抬价格，推动商品价格过快、过高上涨。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><font face="微软雅黑" size="3">六、各医药用品经营者及相关单位不得通过组织虚假交易、组织虚假排名等方式，帮助其他经营者进行虚假宣传。不得仿冒混淆。不得擅自使用与他人知名商品名称、包装、装潢、企业名称字号等相同或近似的商业标识，误导消费者，损害公平竞争的市场环境。</font></p><p style='text-align: justify;
