box-sizing: border-box;'>市民朋友们：</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>为进一步推动我区企业复工复产，提高政务服务效能，切实解决群众“上班时间没空办、休息时间没处办”难题，消除办事群众“痛点”“难点”全力营造一流营商环境，渭南市华州区政务服务中心实行周六延时服务。现就有关事宜告知如下：</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>一、延时服务业务范围</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>以企业和群众办理事项需求为导向，推出首批高频延时服务事项，主要涉及行政审批、公安交管违处、住房公积金、不动产登记、房产交易、医保、税务等业务，后期根据群众反馈和工作实际适时进行调整。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>二、延时服务时间</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>延时服务时间为2022年12月24日起每周六上午9:00-12:00，法定节假日除外（如遇特殊情况，可适时调整）。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>三、办理地点</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>渭南市华州区政务服务中心（子仪路东段华惠小区内）</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>四、办理事项</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>延时服务期间可办理事项包括行政审批、不动产登记、房产交易、住房公积金、医保、交通违章处理、税务等公共服务事项（详见附件）。根据实际情况对办理事项进行动态调整。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>五、办理方式</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（一）窗口办理。对于延时服务清单所列窗口办理事项，可在政务大厅相关窗口直接办理。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（二）自助办理。对于税务开票等便民服务事项，可在自助服务区自助办理。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（三）网上办理。对于税务、公积金、交管违处等事项可通过微信公众号、APP或者网站办理。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（四）预约办理。需要预约服务的办事企业及群众，请提前与窗口单位通过电话确认办理业务的申请材料及具体时间，并在约定时间到应约窗口办理相关业务。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>六、注意事项</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（一）需要周末延时办理业务的，建议先通过电话进行咨询，带齐所需材料到指定窗口办理。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em; box-sizing: border-box;'>（二）延时服务期间办理的业务，受理时间顺延至延时服务时间后第一个工作日起算。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.2667em;
