box-sizing: border-box;'>李侗曾认为，新型冠状病毒感染从原来的“乙类甲管”变成了“乙类乙管”，从防控措施上不需要再集中隔离，也不再判定密切接触者，也不要求大家常态化核酸检测了，但是我们戴口罩、勤洗手、多开窗通风，注意社交距离，注意咳嗽礼仪等措施对于防护各种呼吸道传染病都是非常有帮助的。所以还是应该坚持下去，因为毕竟新冠病毒传染性还是非常强的，对于一些老年人有基础疾病的人群来说，他们仍然是有危重症风险的，所以还是要做好个人防护。</p><p style='font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;'><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box;'>李侗曾举例，对于一些特定人群，比如医疗机构内遇到发热、有呼吸道症状的患者，要鉴别原因对症治疗时，可能就需要做核酸抗原去确认。像养老院、社会福利机构里很多是脆弱人群，对于这些人群以及这些场所的工作人员，定期开展抗原或核酸检测。而在一些重点机构进行核酸抗原检测，也可以减少病毒感染的突然冲击。</p><p style='font-size: 16px;
