text-indent: 0em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>典型事故案例（三）</section><section style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;'>道路交通事故发生经过：2021年12月28日12时30分，井某怡驾驶陕U5***0小型普通客车由东向西进东城大道左转时与沿东城大道由北向南刘某忠驾驶的电动四轮车相撞，造成两车受损，无人受伤的交通事故。当事人导致交通事故的过错及责任或者意外原因：井某怡违反《陕西省实施<中华人民共和国道路交通安全法>办法》第46条第1款：“车辆进出道路，应当让道路内正常行进的车辆和行人优先通行。”之规定。刘某忠违反《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第38条：“车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行；遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行；在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。”之规定。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第91条、《道路交通事故处理程序规定》第60条第1款第2项之规定：井某怡负事故的主要责任；刘某忠负事故的次要责任。 </section></section></section><section style='box-sizing: border-box;
